Տարեկան հայտարարագիր ներկայացնելու համար յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի ստիպված կլինի իր գրպանից ծախսել մոտավորապես 6500 դրամ գումար։

Ահա, թե ինչ վճարումներ են հարկավոր սեփական հայտարարագիրը ներկայացնելու համար։ 

ID  նույնականացման քարտ չունենալու դեպքում հարկավոր է այն ձեռք բերել ՆԳՆ միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության տարածքային ցանկացած գրասենյակից։ Նույնականացման քարտը 20-21 օրում ստանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է վճարել 3000 դրամ։ 1 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում ստանալու համար քաղաքացին պետք է վճարի 3,000-ից բացի 20,000 դրամ, 3 աշխատանքային օրում ստանալու համար՝ 3,000 դրամից բացի 10,000, 5 աշխատանքային օրում ստանալու համար՝ 3,000 բացի 5,000 դրամ։

Հայտարարագիր ներկայացնելու համար նախևառաջ անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ խիստ էլեկտրոնային նույնականացում և էլեկտրոնային ստորագրություն՝ եկամուտների վերաբերյալ տվյալների գաղտնիությունը, անվտանգությունը և դրանց հասանելիությունը բացառապես ձեզ համար ապահովելու նպատակով: Էլեկտրոնային ստորագրություն ունենալու և այն հեռախոսահամարին կցելու համար անհրաժեշտ է մոտենալ հեռախոսային որևէ օպերատորի գրասենյակ։ SIM քարտը նոր չլինելու պարագայում հարկավոր կլինի վճարել 500 դրամ։ 

Այնուհետև, էլեկտրոնային ստորագրությունը ակտիվացնելու համար հարկավոր է վճարել 3000 դրամ «ԷԿԵՆԳ» ՓԲԸ-ին՝ Էլեկտրոնային կառավարման ենթակառուցվածքների ներդրման գրասենյակին։ 

Տարեկան հայտարարագիր չներկայացնելու դեպքում սահմանվում է տուգանք։ Առաջին անգամ լինելու է նախազգուշացում, որից հետո 30 օրվա ընթացքում չներկայացնելու դեպքում 5 հազար դրամ տուգանք է սահմանված, ևս 30 օր չներկայացնելու դեպքում՝ 10 հազար դրամ տուգանք։

Որոշակի անձանց համար վարչական պատասխանատվությունը բարձր է, մասնավորապես՝ 2024 թվականի ընթացքում 20 միլիոն դրամ և ավելի փոխառություն ստացած Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները. նրանց դեպքում տուգանքը 50 հազար դրամ է, կրկնվելու դեպքում՝ 100 հազար դրամ։
