Ահազանգ. Լոս Անջելեսում թուրքերը հայկական գրադարաններից հայոց պատմության գրքեր են գողանում

ԱՄՆ–ում թուրքերը հայկական պատմության ոչնչացմամբ են զբաղված։
«Թուրքերը որոշել են ոչնչացնել մեր գրադարաններից պատմական գրքերը. գալիս են գրադարաններ, վերցնում հայկական գրքերը, հիմնականում պատմության և այլևս հետ չեն վերադարձնում։ Այս շրջանում բավականին ակտիվացել է խարդախության այս ձևը, մենք կոնկրետ միտում ենք տեսնում, իսկական արշավ է սկսվել»,– նշեց դասախոսը։
Ըստ նրա՝ գրադարաններ չվերադարձվող գրքերի դիմաց փոխհատուցումն այնքան փոքր է, որ գրքերի արժեքը չի ծածկում։ Մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց, որ սա, ըստ երևույթին, պլանավորված արշավ է թուրքերի կողմից և չափազանց անհանգստացնող:
«Այս հրդեհների հետ միասին, էս օրերին, երբ բոլորը մտածում են, թե երբ է բնական աղետը նահանջելու, թուրքերը չեն հրաժարվում իրենց հակահայ գործելաոճից՝ որոշել են պղծել ամեն ինչ, հիմա էլ գրքեր են գողանում: Ճիշտ են ասում՝ կապ չունի որտեղ ես, մեկ է, թուրքը մնում է թուրք»,– նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Նշենք, որ այս ծանր շրջանում Կալիֆորնիայի հայ համայնքը լրջագույն վնասներ է կրել։ Լոս Անջելեսի շրջանի անտառային հրդեհների հետևանքով ամբողջությամբ այրվել է Փասադենայի «Սահակ-Մեսրոպ» հայկական դպրոցը, շատ հայեր տուժել են, նյութական կորուստներ կրել, տարհանվել:
