Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հարկ վճարողներին հիշեցնում է, որ հատուկ հարկման համակարգերում 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից գործունեություն իրականացնելու հայտարարությունը ներկայացնելու վերջնաժամկետը 2025 թվականի փետրվարի 20-ն է: Նշված ժամկետը սահմանված է շրջանառության հարկով հարկման համակարգի գծով` ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքի 254-րդ, իսկ միկրոձեռնարկատիրության հարկման համակարգի գծով` ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքի 267-րդ հոդվածներով։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՊԵԿ-ից:

Հարկման համակարգի ընտրության հետ կապված խնդիրներից զերծ մնալու նպատակով 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից հատուկ հարկման համակարգում գործունեություն իրականացնելու ցանկություն ունեցող հարկ վճարողներին առաջարկվում է համապատասխան հայտարարությունը ներկայացնել օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված ժամկետում, բացառապես էլեկտրոնային եղանակով, Հաշվետվությունների ներկայացման էլեկտրոնային համակարգի միջոցով: Իսկ նոր ստեղծված կազմակերպությունները կամ անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը համապատասխան հայտարարությունը պետք է ներկայացնեն պետական գրանցում ստանալուց կամ հաշվառվելուց հետո` 20 օրվա ընթացքում:

Միաժամանակ, ՊԵԿ-ը հայտնում է, որ ի թիվս շրջանառության հարկի և միկրոձեռնարկատիրության համակարգերում գործելու առումով մինչև 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը գործող սահմանափակումների․

  • շրջանառության հարկի համակարգում 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից չեն կարող գործել նաև նոտարները, փաստաբանական ծառայություն մատուցողները և վիճակախաղերի կազմակերպման գործունեություն իրականացնողներ։
  • Միկրոձեռնարկատիրության համակարգում 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից չեն կարող գործել նաև`

-սաունաների, բաղնիքների և շոգեբաղնիքների կազմակերպման գործունեություն իրականացնողները,

– առևտրական (առք ու վաճառքի) գործունեությամբ զբաղվող կազմակերպություններն ու անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը,

-փորձաքննական, վարսավիրական, մարմնի խնամքի, ավտոմեքենաների տեխնիկական սպասարկման և նորոգման, միջնորդական (այդ թվում՝ անշարժ գույքի առք ու վաճառքի և (կամ) վարձակալության կամ անհատույց օգտագործման տրամադրման) ծառայություններ մատուցողները, ծրագրային ապահովման մշակման, շինարարական աշխատանքներ կատարողները, ճարտարապետաշինարարական նախագծային փաստաթղթերի մշակման աշխատանքներ իրականացնողները, անշարժ գույքի գնահատման և չափագրման գործունեություն իրականացնողները, ինչպես նշված աշխատանքներին կամ ծառայություններին համանման այլ աշխատանքներ կատարողները կամ ծառայություններ մատուցողները։

Կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է նաև, որ ՊԵԿ պաշտոնական կայքի «Այլ հրապարակումներ» բաժնում տեղադրված է միկրոձեռնարկատիրության հարկման համակարգի վերաբերյալ իրազեկման թերթիկ, որտեղ ներկայացված են միկրոձեռնարկատիրության համակարգին առնչվող առանձին հարցերի վերաբերյալ իրազեկումներ:
