Մինչ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն իր հայ գործընկերոջ հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարում էր, թե Մոսկվայի և Երևանի միջև շփման դադարը հաղթահարված է, Արարատ Միրզոյանը հայտարարել է, թե սպասվում է, որ իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» խորհրդարանում կողմ կքվեարկի Եվրոպական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցելու գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին նախագծին։

«Օրինագծում դեռ ոչ մի ժամկետի, կոնկրետ մեխանիզմների մասին խոսք չկա, ուզում եմ հիշեցնել, որ դա քաղհասարակության նախաձեռնությունն է, կազմակերպությունները հավաքել են Սահմանադրությամբ նախատեսված անհրաժեշտ 50 հազար ստորագրություններն, ու հիմա այդ նախաձեռնությունն ավտոմատ կերպով դարձել է օրինագիծ, որը քվեարկության կդրվի ԱԺ-ում։ Կառավարությունը հավանություն է տվել նախագծին։ Ենթադրվում է, որ իշխող մեծամասնությունը կողմ կքվեարկի։ Այսքանն է, ինչ վերաբերում է օրենքին, թե հետո ինչ կլինի, կպարզենք հետո։ Այս օրենքով ոչ մի այլ բան նախատեսված չէ», -ասել է Միրզոյանը, միաժամանակ լրագրողների հարցին ի պատասխան այդպես էլ չնշելով, թե ինչպե՞ս է Հայաստանը համատեղելու ԵԱՏՄ-ին և ԵՄ-ին անդամակցությունները։

Ակնհայտ է, որ պաշտոնական Երևանը դեռ երկար չի կարողանալու ազատվել Արևմուտքի ճնշումներից։ Նաև հարց է՝ արդյո՞ք ցանկանում է անել դա, թե՞ ոչ։ Բայց Մոսկվայում, ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի ներկայությամբ «եվրաքվե»-ն վկայակոչելը ռուսական կողմը կարող է «մովետոն» դիտարկել։

Միգուցե, Միրզոյանը Մոսկվա մեկնել էր՝ հենց այնտեղից Բրյուսելին ու Վաշինգտոնին հավաստիացնելու իր հավատարմությունը։ Արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտոր փոխող իշխանությունից ամեն բան սպասելի է։
