«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Սյունիքի մարզային լրատվամիջոցներից մեկը հունվարի 20-ին նախաձեռնել է հասարակական կարծիքի հարցում՝ ճշտելու, թե ինչպես են սյունեցիները վերաբերվում-գնահատում Սյունիքի քպական իշխանավորներին. խոսքը մարզային և համայնքային իշխանավորների-պաշտոնյաների և, իհարկե, ԱԺ քպական սյունեցի պատգամավորների մասին է։
Սյունիքի մարզպետարանի մեր աղբյուրները նշում են, որ դրանից անմիջապես հետո մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմը, ի մասնավորի փոխմարզպետներ Հայկ Հարությունյանը և Նարե Ղազարյանը ինտենսիվ սկսել են զանգահարել մարզպետարանի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող կառույցների, այդ թվում՝ դպրոցների ու բժշկական կենտրոնների տնօրեններին, և հորդորել քվեարկել մարզպետի օգտին: Ուսումնասիրելով մասնավորաբար Ֆեյսբուքում տեղադրված այդ հրապարակումը՝ պարզեցինք, որ շատ կարճ ժամանակ անց մարզպետարանի աշխատակիցներն ու մազրպետարանի ենթակայության կառույցների ղեկավար կազմն ու աշխատակիցները ինտենսիվորեն, իրար հերթ չտալով իսկապես քվեարկում են մարզպետի օգտին՝ նրա գործունեությունը գնահատելով «5»: Օրինակ՝ առաջին իսկ ժամերին քվեարկել են Կապանի թիվ 13 դպրոցի փոխտնօրեն Ռիմա Մկրտչյանը, նույն դպրոցի մյուս փոխտնօրեն Զավեն Ստեփանյանը, Կապանի պոլիկլինիկայի տնօրեն Նարինե Գրիգորյանը, Կապանի ԲԿ տնօրեն Արսեն Բաբայանը, Մեղրու ԲԿ տնօրեն Մհեր Աբրահամյանը, Գորիսի պետական համալսարանի ռեկտոր Տիգրան Վադունցը, մարզպետարանի վարչության պետեր և աշխատակազմի այլ ներկայացուցիչներ՝ Ռոբերտ Կոստանդյանը, Մուշեղ Կոստանդյանը, Արսեն Գրիգորյանը, Արամ Շահնազարյանը, Աննա Ալեքսանյանը, Մարգարիտա Զարգարյանը և այլն, և այդպես շարունակ:
Սյունիքում զարմացած ու տարակուսած են, որ առկա բարդ իրավիճակում մարդիկ, փոխանակ զբաղվեն իրենց գործով, առաջնայնությունը տալիս են ինչոր մանրմունր հարցերին:
