SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հունվարի 20-ին վիճաբանություն, ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ Ժամը 04։50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Աշտարակի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Կոշ համայնքում գտնվող հանդիսությունների սրահի դիմաց վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել և կան վիրավորներ։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, մինչ ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի ծառայողները կհասնեին դեպքի վայր, «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից տեղեկություն է ստացվել ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնում, որ Կոշ համայնքից «Գագաթային շրջանի սալջարդ» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է դիմել զորակոչիկ, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ  18-ամյա Ավետիս Վ․-ն, իսկ քիչ անց «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոնից հայտնել են, որ Կոշ համայնքում վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության են տեղափոխվել 2 քաղաքացի։

Մինչ բժիշկները օգնություն էին ցուցաբերում վիրավորներին, Աշտարակի ոստիկանները պարզում են, որ «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոն բուժօգնության են տեղափոխվել Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչներ 41-ամյա Նվեր Բ․-ն և 24-ամյա Մայիս Ա․-ն։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ համայնքային ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի  ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ հունվարի 19-ին ժամը 23։00-ի սահմաններում Կոշ համայնքի 1-ին փողոցում գտնվող հանդիսությունների սրահի դիմաց վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչներ 57-ամյա Գևորգ Շ․-ի, նրա որդու, 35-ամյա Վաչագան Շ․-ի և եղբայրներ, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչներ 37-ամյա Արթուր Հ․-ի, Նվեր Բ․-ի միջև, այնուհետև հունվարի 20-ին ժամը 02։00-ի սահմաններում վիճաբանությունը շարունակվել է Կոշ համայնքի 6-րդ փողոցում Նվեր Բ․-ի, Արթուր Հ․-ի, Վաչագան Շ․-ի, Ավետիս Վ․-ի և Մայիս Ա․-ի միջև, որի ընթացքում Նվեր Բ․-ն, Ավետիս Վ․-ն և Մայիս Ա․-ն ստացել են մարմնական վնասվածքներ և տեղափոխվել հիվանդանոցներ, ինչպես նաև կոտրել են Վաչագան Շ․-ի վարած «ՎԱԶ 2107» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի դիմային և կողային ապակիները:

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
