«Մենք առնվազն գործ ունենք տնտեսական շղթայի մի հատվածի հետ, որը գործում է ստվերում։ Ընդդիմության մեր գործընկերներն ու հանրությունը մեզ ասում են՝ ստվերային տնտեսությունը բավարար չափով չեք կրճատում, գումար չի գեներացվում, որ թոշակներն ավելի շատ բարձրացնեք, թալանածը հետ չեք բերում»։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 22-ին, կառավարության հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ԱԺ ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի դիտարկմանն այն մասին, որ տնտեսվարողներն անհանգստություններ ունեն հարկային օրենսգրքում տեղի ունեցած փոփոխությունների հետ կապված։

Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը նշեց, որ հատկապես ոսկու վաճառքով զբաղվող տնտեսվարողները դժգոհում են, որ չեն կարողանա փաստաթղթավորել ձեռք բերվող հումքը։

«Ասում են՝ թալանը շարունակվում է։ Ե՞ս եմ էդ ոսկու գործի գլխին կանգնած։ Կամ եթե նույնիսկ ասում են, որ մենք ենք կանգնած, մենք էս քայլով ասում ենք ՝ եկեք, տեսնենք ո՞վ է իրականում կանգնած այդ ստվերի հետևում։ Ցանկացած բարեփոխում բախվում է խնդիրների, թո՛ղ գնա, բախվի, որ հասկանանք՝ ինչ խնդիր է, ինչպես լուծել։ Եթե տեղում նստենք, ոչինչ տեղի չի ունենալու, կնշանակի, որ լեգիտիմացնում ենք խնդիրը։ Ամեն հարկ վճարող քաղաքացի պետք է հասկանա, որ պետությունը ես չեմ, ինքն է։ Ինքը կուզի, ես այստեղ կլինեմ, չի ուզի՝ չեմ լինի»,–նշեց Փաշինյանը։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կոչ արեց ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքացիներին պատասխանել հարցին՝ նրանք ուզու՞մ են ունենալ ինքնիշխան պետություն, թե՞ ոչ։

«Մենք այսօր չենք գնում մեր պետության համար ձեռք պարզում սրան-նրան, ձեռք են պարզում մեր քաղաքացուն, այս պետության տիրոջը։ Քաղաքացին այդ գումարն ինձ չի տալիս, ես վարձու աշխատող եմ նրա համար։ Այդ գումարն ինքն իրեն է տալիս՝ աջ գրպանից դնում է ձախ գրպանը։ Ստվերում գտնվող գումարն ինքը կորցնում է»,–հավելեց նա։
