«Վախենամ, որ նոր աշխարհակարգն ավելի դաժան է լինելու․ դա իր երդմանակալության օրն արդեն անոնսավորեց ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց վերլուծաբան Արմինե Հայրապետյանը՝ նշելով, որ նոր աշխարհակարգում Հայաստանի շուրջ մեծ վտանգներ կան։
«Պետք է երկրի ղեկավարը կարողանա դիմակայել դեպի մեզ եկող վտանգներին, պետք է կարողանալ համագործակցել, լավ աշխատել, հաշվի նստել, հաշիվ պահանջել, կռիվ տալ։ Աշխարհագրական դիրքով այնպիսի տեղում ենք, որ Հայաստանով է անցնում Արևմուտքն Արևելքին կապող ամենակարճ ճանապարհը»,- հիշեցրեց նա։
Արմինեի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությունն այնքան ուժեղ պետք է լինի, որ այսօր որևէ մեկը, հատկապես Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդը, միջանցքի մասին ոչ միայն չխոսի, այլև չերազի։
«Բայց տեղի է ունենում հակառակը։ Ալիևը՝ միջանցքի տրամաբանությամբ բացեիբաց խոսում է այդ ռազմավարական ճանապարհին տիրանալու մասին, գիտակցելով, որ Սյունիքի մարզի նկատմամբ շահառուները շատ են։ Նոր աշխարհակարգի հիմքում առևտուրն է՝ փողը, հանքահումքային բազաները, ճանապարհային հանգույցները, ամուր ենթակառուցվածքներ ունենալը, որ աշխարհն ինչ որ հարցում իրենից կախում ունենա։ Դոնալդ Թրամփի խոստացած խաղաղությունը կեղծ օրակարգի և աշխարհի սիրտը շահելու մասին է։ Խաղաղություն քարոզողը երդմնակալության օրը չէր խոսի Գրենլանդիա կղզուն տիրանալու մասին, որը դե յուրե պատկանում է Դանիային։ Իսկ Գրենլանդիա կղզու ընդերքը, գիտենք, օգտակար հանածոներով ամենահարուստ վայրն է աշխարհում»,- նշում է նա։
Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով՝ աշխարհաքաղաքական այս քաոսում եթե «նոր աշխարհը» հարմար գտնի, որ Հայաստան պետությունը պետք է լինի՝ կլինի, եթե ոչ, ապա հավանական է՝ մի օր արթնանանք ու տեսնենք առանց պատերազմի այլևս պետականություն չունենք։
«Մեր խնդիրն այնքան էլ Ադրբեջանը չէ, այստեղ ավելի ուժեղ խաղացողներ են, մենք՝ խամաճիկներ։ Շատ մեծ պատասխանատվություն կա իշխանության ուսերին, որը ենթադրում է ուժեղ դիվանագիտություն, չնայած այն բանի, որ գործող իշխանությունը կողմ է հող ու տարածք հանձնել, միայն թե պատերազմ չլինի։ Թրամփի խոստացած խաղաղությունը հակառակ էֆեկտ է տալու, 3-րդ համաշխարհային պատերազմը նոր թափ է առնելու։ Ինչո՞ւ եմ այսպես ասում․ կհիշեք, դեռ 2011-ին Հռոմի Պապն էր ասել՝ «3-րդ համաշխարհային պատերազմը սկսված է»։ Եթե Սիրիան 3 օրում անցավ թուրքական իշխանությունների տակ, մի փոքր Հայաստանի հարցը լուծելը մեկ օրվա հարց է»,- հավելեց նա։
