Մոսկվայի և Երևանի միջև շփման դադարը հաղթահարվա՞ծ է

Մոսկվայի և Երևանի միջև շփման դադարը հաղթահարված է։ Այս մասին Մոսկվայում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսում հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։ Երեկ Մոսկվա էր այցելել, ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի հետ հանդիպել Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը։ Վերջինս անձամբ էր հիշեցրել, որ Լավրովի հետ դեմ առ դեմ նախորդ հանդիպումը կայացել է միայն 2023 թ. ամռանը։ Գրեթե մեկուկես տարի ՀՀ և ՌԴ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունները շփում չեն ունեցել, Միրզոյանը պարզապես խուսափել է։
Թե որն է պատճառը, որ Միրզոյանը բարեհաճել է մեկնել Մոսկվա, կարելի է կռահել։ Լավրովը նշել է, որ մի շարք հարցերում կողմերին հաջողվել է հասնել փոխընդունելի լուծումների, ընդգծել է, որ ամենաբարձր մակարդակով կանոնավոր երկխոսություն է պահպանվում՝ հիշեցնելով երկու երկրների ղեկավարների նախորդ տարվա հանդիպումներն ու Փաշինյան-Պուտին վերջին հեռախոսազրույցը։ Սերգեյ Լավրովը հույս ունի, որ արտգործնախարարությունների ղեկավարների մակարդակով բանակցությունները կօգնեն լուծել խնդիրները, որոնք ծագել են վերջին շրջանում և լրատվամիջոցներում երբեմն ոչ այնքան համարժեք արձագանք ստացել։
Ըստ փորձագետների, Ռուսաստանն ուզում է որոշակի կայունություն մտցնել Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում։ Հատկապես այսօր, երբ Դոնալդ Թրամփի երդմնակալությունից հետո անհայտ է, թե դեպի ուր են տանելու աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումները։ Մոսկվան փշի-փշի է անելու Հայաստանին, հետխորհրդային այլ երկրների՝ փորձելով պահել իր ազդեցության ծիրում, իսկ Ուկրաինայում հարցերը լուծելուց հետո կանցնի մյուսներին։ Իհարկե, Երևանում այդ փաստը հասկանում են, հընթացս որոշել են շատ չնյարդայնացնել Ռուսաստանին։ Բայց սա չի նշանակում, որ երկու երկրների հարաբերություններում առկա լարվածությունն էլ հաղթահարվել է։
