Ֆրանսիան Ասադի ձերբակալության օրդեր է արձակել

Ֆրանսիայում հետաքննող դատավորները կրկին ձերբակալության օրդեր են արձակել Սիրիայի նախկին նախագահ Բաշար ալ Ասադի նկատմամբ՝ 2017 թվականին Արաբական Հանրապետությունում քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների ռմբակոծմանը ենթադրյալ մեղսակցության համար: Այս մասին, ՏԱՍՍ-ի փոխանցմամբ, հայտնում է Agence France-Presse-ը։
Օրդերը տրվել է Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային հակաահաբեկչական դատախազությանպահանջով, որը հետաքննում էր ֆրանսասիրիական ծագում ունեցող 59-ամյա Սալահ Աբու Նաբուի մահը։
Դատախազության խոսքով՝ տղամարդը զոհվել է 2017 թվականին սիրիական բանակի ուղղաթիռներից Դարաա նահանգում գտնվող իր տան գնդակոծման հետևանքով։ Դատախազությունը նոր օրդեր տրամադրելու պահանջը պատճառաբանել է նրանով, որ Ասադն այլևս նախագահ չէ և հետևաբար չի օգտվում դատական գործընթացներից պետական անձեռնմխելիությունից:
Սա Սիրիայի նախկին առաջնորդի նկատմամբ ձերբակալության երկրորդ օրդերն է, որը տրվում է Ֆրանսիայում։ Նախորդը տրվել էր Սիրիայի զորքերի կողմից քիմիական զենքի ենթադրյալ օգտագործման հարցում Ասադի հասցեին մեղադրանքների կապակցությամբ։ Ինչպես հայտնում է AFP-ն, ֆրանսիական արդարադատությունը սիրիացի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների ձերբակալության ընդհանուր 14 օրդեր է տվել։
