«Ծնունդն էր, չգիտեի որտեղ գնալ, հետո զոհվելու մեկ տարին լրացավ՝ էլի հայտնվեցի նույն վիճակում, չգիտես ու՞ր գնաս, որ սիրտդ մի քիչ թեթևանա։ Ճարահատյալ ամեն օր տանն իր նկարի շուրջ թարմ ծաղիկներ եմ տեղադրում, բարձրանում ենք Եռաբլուր, ծաղիկներ տեղադրում ընկերների գերեզմաններին, մտնում եկեղեցի, բայց ոչ ոք չի կարող պատկերացնել այն ապրումները, որ զգում ենք ամեն օր․ կարոտից խեղդվում ենք»,- MediaHub-ին ասում է Լիաննա Սիմոնյանը անդրադառնալով Ստեփանակերտում 2023֊ի սեպտեմբերի 23-ին հուղարկավորված ամուսնու՝ Վիտալի Սիմոնյանի և մյուս զինվորականների ու քաղաքացիական անձանց աճյունների արտաշիրման հարցին։
2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերյան մարտերում զոհված զինծառայողների ու քաղաքացիական անձանց 54 հուղարկավորություն է կատարվել Արցախում։ Մեծ մասը Ստեփանակերտի եղբայրական հուշահամալիրում են։
«Տեղահանությունից հետո այստեղ հանձնաժողով է ստեղծվել, պարբերաբար հանդիպումներ էին լինում, հետո ներկայացրել ենք պահանջված բոլոր փաստաթղթերը, համատեղ ուժերով քարտեզագրել ենք մեր հարազատների գերեզմանները, թե ով որ կողմում է հուղարկավորված, բայց մինչ օրս որևէ արդյունքի չենք հասել։ Մեզ ասում են՝ համբերեք, բանակցություններ են ընթանում»,-նշում է կինը։
MediaHub-ի ունեցած տվյալներով ադրբեջանական կողմը սկզբնական շրջանում արտաշիրիմումների հարցով համաձայնություն էր տվել, սակայն, ՀՀ իշխանությունների կողմից այս հարցով կառուցողական որևէ քայլ առայժմ չի կատարվել։
Արցախյան վերջին պատերազմի ընթացքում զոհվել է 214 զինծառայող, 21 խաղաղ բնակիչ։ Լինելով անելանելի և անորոշ իրավիճակում՝ արցախցիներն իրենց զոհված հարազատներին հողին են հանձնել, չիմանալով, որ Արցախն ամբողջությամբ կհայաթափվի։ Կան զոհեր, որոնց տների բակերում են հողին հանձնել։
«Խելագարվում եմ այն մտքից, որ ամուսնուս գերեզմանին այցելել եմ մեկ անգամ, այն էլ հուղարկավորման օրը։ Հետո ոչ մեր կամքով լքեցինք հայրենիքը, մեր հարազատների գերեզմանները թողնելով այնտեղ»,- եզրափակեց Լիաննա Սիմոնյանը։
Արտաշիրման հարցերով իրավապաշտպան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանի գրասենյակը դիմել է Ստրասբուրգի դատարան։ Սակայն, դեռ որևէ դրական արձագանք այս մասով չկա։
