«Սա կլինի Ամերիկայի ոսկե դարը». Վաշինգտոնում Կապիտոլիումի շենքում երդմնակալության ժամանակ հայտարարեց Միացյալ Նահանգների նորընտիր նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը՝ պաշտոնապես դառնալով Նահանգների 47-րդ նախագահը:
Թրամփը նաև խոստացավ՝ ներգաղթյալները կվերադառնան այնտեղ, որտեղից եկել են, ԱՄՆ դրոշը կտեղադրվի Մարսի վրա, և իր երկիրը կրկին կդառնա հզոր:
Հայտարարություններին հետևեցին արդեն ստորագրված հրամանները, որոնցից մեկով, օրինակ, ԱՄՆ-ն 90 օրով դադարեցրեց այլ երկրներին տրամադրվող օգնության բոլոր ծրագրերը:
Քաղաքագետ Ռոբերտ Ղևոնդյանը «Հայկական ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում նկատում է՝ աշխարհում շատ իրողություններ ուղղակիորեն կապված են լինելու Թրամփի վարած քաղաքականության հետ, և այդ առումով Ռուսաստանը բավական մեծ ախորժակ ունի՝ ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության առումով:
Խոսելով ներքաղաքական որոշ շրջանակների այն մտավախությունների մասին, որ Թրամփի գալով արձակվելու են թե՛ Ռուսաստանի, թե՛ Թուրքիայի ձեռքերը, նա դա իրատեսական չի համարում:
Քաղաքագետը, անդրադառնալով հայ-ամերիկյան ռազմավարական փաստաթղթին, ասում է, որ այն շատ մեծ հնարավորություն է Հայաստանի համար՝ աշխատելու, իրացնելու այն հիմքերը, որ գոյություն ունեն դրանում, հակառակ դեպքում փաստաթուղթը կարող է մնալ դարակում և այդպես էլ գործ չդառնալ:
Ղևոնդյանի համոզմամբ՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման և խաղաղության համաձայնագրի համատեքստում ևս պետք է հաշվի առնել Դոնալդ Թրամփի անկանխաեսելիությունը: Մյուս կողմից, ըստ քաղաքագետի, Թրամփը և նրա վարչակազմը այդ հարցում որոշակի հետաքրքրություն և շահագրգռվածություն ունեն:
Միաժամանակ, ըստ Ղևոնդյանի, Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է բոլոր սցենարներին՝ և՛ պատերազմի, և՛ խաղաղության՝ կապված ԱՄՆ-ի դիրքորոշման հետ:
Խոսելով այն հանգամանքի մասին, որ հենց Թրամփի պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում՝ 2020 թվականին էր, որ Ադրբեջանը հարձակվեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վրա, իսկ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ տեղային սադրանքներ հրահրեց՝ Ղևոնդյանն ասում է, որ որոշակի ռիսկեր այժմ էլ կան, սակայն դրանք շատ փոքր են, Հայաստանն էլ արդեն այն Հայաստանը չէ, որ գոյություն ուներ այն ժամանակ:
Ըստ քաղաքագետի՝ հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալը՝ ԱՄՆ-ի հետաքրքրությունները Թբիլիսից տեղափոխվել են Երևան, և Հայաստանը Հարավային Կովկասում կարող է Միացյալ նահանգների ազդեցության կետը դառնալ:
