Բաքուն փորձում է խաբել համաշխարհային հանրությանը` խաղալով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ղեկավարության «բաց դատավարություն»

Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները փորձում են խաբել միջազգային հանրությանը` խաղալով «բաց դատավարություն» Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության նախկին ղեկավարների կեղծված դատավարության մեջ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այս «գործով» երկրորդ դատական նիստը կայացավ այսօր։ Մեղադրյալներին ֆորմալ առումով տրամադրվում են փաստաբաններ և թարգմանիչներ, իսկ ֆորմալ առումով փաստաբաններին թույլատրվում է նույնիսկ միջնորդություններ ներկայացնել։ Փաստաբաններից ոմանք այսօր կալանքը տնային կալանքով փոխարինելու միջնորդություններ են ներկայացրել, որին հետևել են մեղադրող կողմի և «տուժողների» առարկությունները։
Ի դեպ, այս «գործով» տուժող է ավելի քան 531 հազար մարդ։ Սրանք «փախստականներն» են՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարակից յոթ շրջանների ադրբեջանցիները, ովքեր լքել են Հայաստանը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված հակամարտության արդյունքում։ Հիշեցնենք, որ երեք տասնամյակ է, ինչ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները ամեն քայլափոխի խոսում են «միլիոն» փախստականների մասին։
Մեղադրող կողմին դատարանում աջակցում են վեց դատախազներ։
