ԶՊՄԿ-ն հերթական հաղթանակն է տարել դատարանում
ANALYSIS
Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը հերթական՝ թվով 7-րդ հաղթանակն է տարել դատարանում՝ ընկերության դեմ զրպարտության հայցերով։ Այս անգամ դատարանն ամբողջությամբ բավարարել է Ընկերության հայցն ընդդեմ Հայկական բնապահպանական ճակատ կամավորական քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության՝ զրպարտություն համարվող տեղեկությունը հրապարակայնորեն հերքելու պահանջը, իսկ զրպարտություն տարածելու համար փոխհատուցման մասով պատասխանողին պարտավորեցրել է վճարել 500․000 դրամ։
Վերջին տարիներին դատարանը մի քանի որոշումներ է կայացրել ԶՊՄԿ մասով՝ տարբեր լրատվամիջոցների, բնապահպանների հայտարարությունները կեղծիք ու զրպարտություն որակելով։ Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ հարկատուն պարբերաբար հայտնվում է տարբեր շրջանակների թիրախի տակ, ընդ որում, ոչ միայն հայաստանյան շրջանակների, այլև՝ Ադրբեջանի։ Բաքուն առանձնակի շահագրգռված է ՀՀ հանքարդյունաբերական ոլորտը միջազգային ասպարեզում սևացնելու, այն որպես բնապահպանական լուրջ սպառնալիք ներկայացնելու հարցում։ Ընդ որում, հաճախ դրա համար օգտագործվում են հայ «բնապահպանների» զեկույցները, հայտարարությունները։ Եթե թշնամի պետության այս շահագրգռությունը հասկանալի է, նպատակն ամեն գնով ՀՀ տնտեսական զարագցումը, հետևաբար, ամրապնդումը կասեցնելն է, ապա բնապահպանական խմբերի վարքը, մեղմ ասած, տարօրինակ է։
Տարբեր աղբյուրներ մշտապես պնդում են, որ բնապահպանական որոշ կազմակերպությունների աշխատանքը ֆինանսավորվում է հենց թուրք-ադրբեջանական աղբյուրներից՝ միջազգային խողովակներով։ Ամենևին չխախտելով անմեղության կանխավարկածը՝ միևնույն ժամանակ չենք կարող չնշել, որ այդ կասկածները գնալով ավելի են ամրապնդվում։
Ի վերջո, վերջին տարիներին ՀՀ տնտեսության աճը մեծապես պայմանավորված է նաև հանքարդյունաբերական ոլորտի և, հատկապես, ԶՊՄԿ զարգացմամբ, արդյունավետ կառավարման արդյունքում հարկային մուտքերի կտրուկ աճով, պետությանը՝ կոմբինատի կառավարմանը ներգրավմամբ։
