Ինչո՞ւ է Հայաստանը դուրս մնում Հարավային Կովկասում լոգիստիկ նախագծերից. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ըստ առկա պաշտոնական տեղեկությունների, Տրանսկասպյան տրանսպորտային միջանցքի հզորությունը կհասցվի մինչև 10 միլիոն տոննայի։ Տրանսկասպյան միջանցքի շահառու երկրներն են Չինաստանը, Ղազախստանը, Ադրբեջանը, Վրաստանն ու Թուրքիան։ «Այդ լոգիստիկան անվանում են նաև Միջին միջանցք, ու մասնավորաբար Ադրբեջանի համար այն ունի ռազմավարական նշանակություն։ Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է դառնալ Արևելք-Արևմուտք ուղղության վրա կարևոր լոգիստիկ միջանցք՝ իր տրանսպորտային, նավթագազային և այլ հզորությունները տրամադրելով մերձկասպյան թյուրքախոս երկրներին՝ Ղազախստանին և Թուրքմենստանին՝ դեպի Թուրքիա և ԵՄ դուրս գալու համար»,-անդրադառնալով թեմային՝ գրել է «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը։
Ինչ վերաբերում է Չինաստանին, ապա վերջինս Միջին միջանցքով՝ Բաքվի նավահանգստով ելք է ստանում դեպի Վրաստանի Սևծովյան նավահանգիստներ՝ Բաթումի, Փոթի, Անակլիա, ինչպես նաև Թուրքիա։
Հոդվածի հեղինակները նա նշում են, որ Ադրբեջանն, իր լոգիստիկան տրամադրելով Թուրքիային, Չինաստանին, Արևմուտքին, տնտեսական և քաղաքական դիվիդենտներ է ստանում. «Դրան զուգահեռ, Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է դառնալ ՌԴ-ի և Իրանի միջև կապող օղակ՝ կյանքի կոչելով Հյուսիս-Հարավ նախագիծը՝ երկաթգիծ, ավտոմայրուղի և գազամուղ»։
Տրամաբանորեն, Հայաստանը նույնպես մաս պետք է կազմի Հյուսիս-Հարավ նախագծի՝ ՌԴ-Վրաստան-ՀՀ-Իրան-Պարսից ծոց-Հնդկաստան ուղղության վրա։ «Սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու թիմը վատթարացնում են հարաբերությունները ՌԴ-ի ու ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ՝ դրան զուգահեռ ՀՀ-ին ոչինչ չտվող պայմանագրեր ստորագրելով ԱՄՆ-ի ու ԵՄ-ի հետ։ Հյուսիս-Հարավ տրանսպորտային նախագիծը, որը թույլ կտար Իրանին հայկական տարածքով դուրս գալ Սև ծով ու ՌԴ, ինչպես նաև ռուսական, վրացական ապրանքներին՝ ՀՀ-ով դուրս գալ Իրան և Հնդկաստան, դեռևս կյանքի չի կոչվել։ ՀՀ իշխանությունները չեն կարողանում կյանքի կոչել լուրջ լոգիստիկ նախագծեր և խոսում են «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկից», որը մնալու է թղթի վրա, քանի որ Ադրբեջանին և Թուրքիային այն պետք չէ։ Բաքուն բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ նրանք ցանկանում են ստանալ, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը»՝ խաղաղ ճանապարհով կամ ռազմական ուժով»,-գրում է ալիքը։
Հեղինակները նաև շեշտում են, որ Հայաստանը խզում է իր կապերն ավանդական դաշնակիցների՝ ՌԴ-ի և Իրանի հետ՝ դրան զուգահեռ ոչինչ չստանալով Արևմուտքից. «Այդ ֆոնին Ադրբեջանը խորացնում է տնտեսական, էներգետիկ-տրանսպորտային կապերը հարևան Վրաստանի և Իրանի, ՌԴ-ի, Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրների և Թուրքիայի հետ։ Իսկ Ադրբեջանը նպատակ ունի դուրս թողնել ՀՀ-ն Հարավային Կովկասում բոլոր լուրջ տնտեսական, լոգիստիկ նախագծերից՝ դրանով թուլացնելով ՀՀ-ի թե՛ տնտեսական, թե՛ ռազմաքաղաքական ներուժն ու խթանել արտագաղթը ՀՀ-ից։
