Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների և Մեքսիկայի սահմանին հայտնաբերված գաղտնի թունելը, որն ունի մոտ 300 մետր երկարություն, կփակվի:
Այս մասին հայտարարել է մեքսիկական Սյուդադ Խուարես քաղաքի կայազորի հրամանատար, գեներալ Խոսե Լեմուսը հայտնել է «CBS News»-ը։
Հունվարի 10-ին հայտնաբերված թունելը կապում է մեքսիկական Սյուդադ Խուարես քաղաքը Տեխասի Էլ Պասո քաղաքի հետ։ Այն հագեցած է լուսավորությամբ, օդափոխությամբ և ամրացված է փլուզումները կանխելու համար, ասել են պաշտոնյաները:
Թունելն ունի մոտ 6 ոտնաչափ բարձրություն և 4 ոտնաչափ լայնություն, ինչը հեշտացնում է մարդկանց կամ մաքսանենգ ապրանքների անցումը, ասել է գեներալ Խոսե Լեմուսը։
Ավելի քան 20 տարվա փորձ ունեցող սահմանապահ ծառայության նախկին ղեկավար Վիկտոր Մանխարեսն ասել է, որ թունելը կոյուղու միջոցով միացնելը սովորական պրակտիկա է մաքսանենգների շրջանում:
