Վրաստանում մի քանի մարդ է մահացել «խոզի գրիպից»

Վերջին երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում Վրաստանում մի քանի մարդ է մահացել «խոզի գրիպից», հայտնում է Sputnik գործակալության վրացական ծառայությունը:
Հիվանդների մահվան պատճառ են հանդիսացել H1N1 վիրուսով պայմանավորված բարդությունները, ինչպես նաև ուղեկցող հիվանդությունները։ Մահացած հիվանդներից ոչ մեկը չէր պատվաստվել սեզոնային վիրուսների դեմ․ «Սա վիրուս է, որն ախտահարում է մեկից ավելի օրգաններ և կարող է միաժամանակ ախտահարել մի քանի օրգաններ»։
Բացի այդ, օրեցօր աճում է գրիպի A վիրուսով վարակման դեպքերի թիվը, ինչի հետ կապված ավելացել է նաև կլինիկաներ դիմողների թիվը։ Ըստ բժիշկների՝ հիվանդները հոսպիտալացվում են հիմնականում ջերմությամբ, ընդ որում, դեղորայքով բուժումից հետո բարձր ջերմությունը չի նվազում։ Բժիշկների խոսքով՝ «խոզի գրիպի» բուժումը հակավիրուսային պատրաստուկներով արդյունավետ է հիվանդության առաջին 72 ժամվա ընթացքում, ուստի նրանք հիվանդներին հորդորում են հնարավորինս արագ դիմել բուժօգնության և չզբաղվել ինքնաբուժմամբ։
H1N1-ը A վիրուսի ենթատեսակ է, որն առաջացնում է մասշտաբային համաճարակներ։ Հիվանդության ծանր ձևին բնորոշ է արագ զարգացող առաջնային վիրուսային թոքաբորբը: Ի տարբերություն բակտերիալ թոքաբորբի՝ այն զգայուն չէ հակաբիոտիկների նկատմամբ։
