Հրապարակումներում տեղ են գտել իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ․ «Ջերմուկ գրուպ»-ն արձագանքել է

«Ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներով «Ջերմուկ Գրուպ» ՓԲ ընկերության դեմ ներկայացված հայցի վերաբերյալ հրապարակումների կապակցությամբ հայտնում ենք, որ հրապարակումներում տեղ են գտել իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող, զրպարտություն հանդիսացող և անմեղության կանխավարկածը խախտող տեղեկություններ, քանի որ ոչ հարուցված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում, ոչ էլ իրականացված բազմաթիվ ստուգումներից (այդ թվում ՌԴ պետական իրավասու մարմինների կողմից իրականացված) որևէ մեկով չի հիմնավորվել, որ ՌԴ Վլադիկավկազ քաղաքի բնակիչ Օլեգ Գուսովի մահը վրա է հասել «Ջերմուկ» հանքային ջուր խմելու կամ գործարանային արտադրության շշալցված «Ջերմուկ» հանքային ջրի շշի պարունակությունը խմելու արդյունքում: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել «Ջերմուկ գրուպ»-ը:
Մահացած անձի ընտանիքի անդամների կողմից ներկայացված հայցը ամբողջությամբ անհիմն է, քանի որ բացառվում է կապը «Ջերմուկ» հանքային ջրի և ՌԴ Վլադիկավկազ քաղաքի բնակչի հետ տեղի ունեցած ցավալի դեպքի միջև, հետևաբար և բացառվում է «Ջերմուկ Գրուպ» ՓԲ ընկերության մեղքը:
Ավելին, Օլեգ Գուսովի մահվան առնչությամբ ՌԴ իրավապահների կողմից հարուցված քրեական վարույթում «Ջերմուկ Գրուպ» ՓԲ ընկերությունը նույնիսկ չի հանդիսանում վարույթին ներգրավված անձ:
Օլեգ Գուսովի մահվան դեպքից հետո ՀՀ իրավասու մարմինների կողմից իրականացվել և ռուսական կողմին են ներկայացրել համապատասխան ապացույցներ՝ հիմնված ստուգումների վրա: Բազմաթիվ ստուգումներ են իրականացվել նաև ՌԴ իրավասու մարմինների կողմից, որոնց արդյունքները ևս ապացուցել են, որ «Ջերմուկ» հանքային ջուրը համապատասխանում է միջազգային ստանդարտներով սահմանված պահանջներին և նախատեսված է սննդի մեջ օգտագործելու համար։
Վերը նշված ապացույցների բավարար լինելու մասին է վկայում նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ ՌԴ ամբողջ տարածքում վերացվել են «Ջերմուկ» հանքային ջրի վաճառքի նկատմամբ կիրառված արգելքները։
Հուսով ենք՝ քրեական գործի օբյեկտիվ քննության արդյունքում ևս մեկ անգամ կփաստվի «Ջերմուկ Գրուպ» ՓԲ ընկերության անմեղությունը»։
Հիշեցնենք՝ «Կոմերսանտ»-ը գրել էր, որ անցյալ տարվա փետրվարին Վլադիկավկազից գործարար Օլեգ Գուսովի մահվանից հետո Ռուսաստանում հայտնի «Ջերմուկ» հանքային ջուր արտադրող հայկական «Ջերմուկ գրուպ» ՓԲԸ-ին դատի են տվել և պահանջում են 1,5 միլիարդ ռուբլի։ Ըստ հաղորդագրության՝ գործարարի մահվան հիմնական պատճառը համարվում է հանքային ջուրը, որի մեջ, ըստ լրատվամիջոցի, եղել է քացախաթթու։
