Անհամբեր սպասում ենք դատավարության ավարտին․ Դավիթ Բաբայանի որդի

Բաքվում շարունակվում է հայ գերիների ու պատանդների, այսպես կոչված, «դատավարությունը»։ Ադրբեջանի դատախազությունն Արցախի նախկին պաշտոնյաներին ծանր մեղադրանքներ է առաջադրել՝ ահաբեկչությունից մինչև ապօրինի զինված խմբավորումների կազմավորում։
Եվ քանի որ «դատավարությունն» ընթացել է «բաց ռեժիմով», այդ երկրի լրատվամիջոցները լուսանկարներ են հրապարակել, որոնցում հանրությունը տեսավ Արցախի նախկին նախագահներին, նախկին պետնախարար, գործարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին և ադրբեջանական բանտերում ապօրինի պահվող Արցախի մյուս գերեվարված նախկին պաշտոնյաներին։
«Դատավարության» ընթացքին ուշի ուշով հետևում են նաև գերեվարվածների հարազատները։ Նախկին արտգործնախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանի որդին՝ Տիգրանը, MediaHub-ին ասաց, որ այլ մանրամասների չի տիրապետում, բացի այն ամենից, ինչ հրապարակվում է թշնամի երկրի լրատվամիջոցներում։
«Հունվարի 17-ին նախապատրաստական դատական նիստում տրամադրվել են փաստաբաններ և թարգմանիչներ։ Ընդհանրապես, ինչպես հայրս, այնպես էլ մյուսներն ունեն իրենց փաստաբանները։ Հունվարի 17-ից հետո չենք խոսել, այլ մանրամասներից տեղյակ չեմ, միայն լրատվականներից իմացել եմ, որ հորս վրա հարուցված մեղադրանքներն ավելի թեթև են։ Ուստի, սպասենք դատավարության ավարտին, տեսնենք՝ ինչ կլինի։ Ամեն դեպքում հույսներս չենք կորցնում, փորձում ենք ուժեղ լինել»,- ասաց Տիգրան Բաբայանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ադրբեջանական բանտերում դեռ 23 հայ է պահվում, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի վրա 2023-ին սեպտեմբերի 19-ի ռազմական հարձակման հետևանքով գերեվարված 16 անձինք։ Մյուսները Բաքվի բանտում են հայտնվել 2020 թվականի պատերազմի և 2022-ից հետո՝ Արցախի շրջափակման ժամանակահատվածում։
Նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի և մյուսների գործով նախապատրաստական դատական նիստը կշարունակվի վաղը՝ հունվարի 21-ին։
