Որքա՞ն հարկ են վճարում բուքմեյքերական ընկերությունները․ «Հետք»

2024 թվականի առաջին ինն ամիսներին (հունվար-սեպտեմբեր) Հայաստանում շահումով խաղերի ոլորտի հասույթը կազմել է մոտ 202 մլրդ դրամ։ Տարեկան տվյալները դեռևս չեն ամփոփվել։ Այս մասին գրում է «Հետքը»։
Ըստ Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի՝ այս գումարը գոյացել է հիմնականում վիճակախաղերի, տեսախաղային տերմինալների, վիրտուալ մոլեխաղերի և բուքմեյքերական գործունեությունից, որոնք միասին կազմել են մոտ 194 մլրդ դրամ՝ 2023-ի նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ աճելով 11%-ով։
Խաղատների հասույթը անգամներով քիչ է՝ 8 մլրդ դրամ, որը նվազել է 22%-ով։
Թեև շահումով խաղերի ոլորտի տեսակարար կշիռը ծառայությունների կազմում, հետևաբար՝ նաև ամբողջ տնտեսությունում, վերջին տարիներին նվազում է, սակայն դեռևս էական է։ 2024-ի հունվար-սեպտեմբերի տվյալներով` այն 8.2% է։ Այս ցուցանիշով շահումով խաղերի ենթաոլորտը հինգերորդն է ծառայությունների ոլորտում` զիջելով, օրինակ, ֆինանսական, տեղեկատվության և կապի ոլորտներին։
Ֆինանսների նախարարության տրամադրած լիցենզիաների ցանկում տեսնում ենք, որ 2024 թվականի վերջի դրությամբ Հայաստանում չորս ընկերություն ինտերնետ շահումով խաղեր է կազմակերպում։ Նրանցից երեքը նաև վիճակախաղեր կազմակերպելու լիցենզիա ունեն։
Իսկ խաղատան լիցենզիա ունի հինգ կազմակերպություն։
Որո՞նք են այդ կազմակերպությունները և որքա՞ն հարկ են վճարում։
Բուքմեյքերական ընկերություններից երեքը խոշոր հարկատուների կազմում բարձր հորիզոնականներ են զբաղեցրել
«Կաբարկո» (Adjarabet), «Դիջիթեյն» (նախկինում՝ «Տոտո Գեյմինգ», TotoGaming) ՍՊԸ-ները և «Սոֆթ Կոնստրակտ» ՓԲԸ-ն (Vbet) զբաղվում են ինչպես վիճակախաղերի, այնպես էլ՝ ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի կազմակերպմամբ։
Ինտերնետ շահումով խաղեր է կազմակերպում ևս մեկ ընկերություն՝ «Գուդ Սոֆթ» ՍՊԸ-ն (Goodwin)։
Այսպիսով, ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի և վիճակախաղերի կազմակերպմամբ այս պահին զբաղվում է չորս կազմակերպություն։ Նրանք առավել հայտնի են որպես բուքմեյքերական ընկերություններ։
Նրանցից ամենախոշոր հարկատուն «Սոֆթ Կոնստրակտ» ՓԲԸ-ն է։ Ըստ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի (ՀՀ ՊԵԿ) հրապարակած վերջին տվյալների՝ 2024 թվականի առաջին ինն ամիսներին (հունվար-սեպտեմբեր) «Սոֆթ Կոնստրակտ»-ը պետական բյուջե է վճարել 13.9 մլրդ դրամի հարկ, որը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ աճել է 60%-ով։
Ընկերության հարկերի կազմում ամենամեծ հատվածը եկամտային հարկն է (6 մլրդ դրամ), հաջորդում է շահութահարկը (2.4 մլրդ դրամ), մնացածը այլ տեսակի հարկերն են, որոնց բացվածքը ՊԵԿ-ի հրապարակած խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում չի երևում։ «Սոֆթ Կոնստրակտ»-ը 2024 հունվար-սեպտեմբերի տվյալներով Հայաստանի 11-րդ խոշոր հարկատուն է։
«Սոֆթ Կոնստրակտ»-ի հասույթը, ենթադրվում է նաև՝ հարկերը, հիմնականում գոյանում են խաղադրույքներից։ Ընկերությունը նաև ծրագրային ապահովման մշակմամբ է զբաղվում։
