Ըստ վերլուծաբանների տվյալների՝ ավելի քան 10 հազար միլիոնատերեր վերջին մեկ տարում լքել են Բրիտանիան, հայտնում է PA Media-ն։
Հարկերը, համաշխարհային բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում ԱՄՆ-ի և Ասիայի աճող գերակայությունը, Լոնդոնի ֆոնդային բորսայի «նվազող» կարևորությունը և առողջապահական համակարգի «վատթարացող» վիճակն արտագաղթին խթանող պոտենցիալ գործոններից են, ըստ գլոբալ տվյալների: New World Wealth (NWW) վերլուծական ընկերություն: Մեծ Բրիտանիան 2024 թվականին կորցրել է 10800 միլիոնատեր՝ 2023 թվականի 4200-ի դիմաց։
Մեծ Բրիտանիան նաև 16500 միլիոնատեր է կորցրել միգրացիայի պատճառով 2017-2023 թվականներին, ներառյալ Brexit-ը և համաճարակը, ցույց են տալիս տվյալները: 1950-ականներից մինչև 2000-ականների սկիզբը Մեծ Բրիտանիան և հատկապես Լոնդոնը եղել են միլիոնատերերի միգրացիայի աշխարհի գլխավոր ուղղություններից մեկը և հայտնի է եղել մայրցամաքային Եվրոպայի, Աֆրիկայի, Ասիայի և Մերձավոր Արևելքի հարուստ ընտանիքների մոտ, ըստ NWW-ի հետազոտության ղեկավար Էնդրյու Ամոյլսի։
Փարիզը, Դուբայը, Ամստերդամը, Մոնակոն, Ժնևը, Սիդնեյը և Սինգապուրը, ըստ երևույթին, Մեծ Բրիտանիան լքող միլիոնատերերի գլխավոր նպատակակետ քաղաքներից են, միևնույն ժամանակ, Ֆլորիդան, Ալգարվեն, Մալթան և իտալական Ռիվիերան նույնպես գրավիչ են որպես կենսաթոշակային վայրեր:
Իր բլոգում Ամոյլսը գրել է, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիայից հարստության արտահոսքի հետևում կան «շատ բարդ գործոններ»:
«Այլ երկրների հարուստ քաղաքացիները ենթակա էին հավելյալ հարկերի, ինչը նրանցից շատերին դրդեց լքել երկիրը»,- նշել է փորձագետը։
Նա նաև ենթադրեց, որ կապիտալ շահույթի հարկի մակարդակը և գույքային տուրքերը նույնպես հետ են պահում հարուստ ձեռնարկատերերին և թոշակառուներին, և այդ հարկերը նաև բացասական ազդեցություն են ունենում տեղական հարստության կառավարման և ընտանեկան գրասենյակի հատվածի վրա, որը անկման նշաններ է ցույց տալիս:
