Նախատեսվում է երկարաձգել տարկետման տրամադրման համար դիմումների ընդունման ժամկետը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը ներկայացրել է «Նպատակային ուսումնառության համար քաղաքացուն պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչից տարկետում տալու և տրված տարկետումը դադարելու պայմանները սահմանելու մասին» որոշման փոփոխությունների նախագիծ, որն ուղղված է տարկետման տրամադրման գործընթացի կատարելագործմանը: Նախագծի ընդունման հիմնական նպատակն է «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքի փոփոխությունների լիարժեք կիրարկումն ու տարկետման տրամադրման գործընթացի թվայնացումն ու պարզեցումը:
Գործող կարգավորմամբ, տարկետման տրամադրման համար քաղաքացիները պարտավոր են դիմել ամառային զորակոչի համար մինչև հունիսի 1-ը, իսկ ձմեռային զորակոչի համար՝ մինչև դեկտեմբերի 1-ը: Նոր նախագծով առաջարկվում է երկարաձգել դիմումների ընդունման ժամկետը, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա զորակոչի ենթակա քաղաքացիներին ավելի երկար ժամանակահատվածում ներկայացնել դիմումները:
Նախագիծը նախատեսում է նաև տարկետման տրամադրման պայմանների համապատասխանեցում կրթական ծրագրերի նոր կարգավորումներին: Ըստ առաջարկվող փոփոխությունների՝ հանրակրթական ծրագրերով սովորող քաղաքացիները կստանան տարկետում մինչև ուսումնառության ավարտը, արհեստագործական և միջին մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրերով սովորողների համար տարկետումը կտրամադրվի մինչև ուսումնառության ավարտը, սակայն ոչ ավելի, քան 20 տարին լրանալու օրը:
Նախագծի ընդունման արդյունքում կբարելավվի կրթության ոլորտում սովորող քաղաքացիների տարկետման գործընթացը՝ նվազեցնելով վարչարարական բեռը, թվայնացնելով և պարզեցնելով ընթացակարգերը: Բացի այդ, պետական բյուջեում լրացուցիչ ծախսեր չեն նախատեսվում:
Նախագիծը մշակվել է ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության կողմից՝ նպատակ ունենալով արդյունավետորեն կիրառել նոր օրենսդրական կարգավորումները:
