Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ ներկա է գտնվել Փարաքարի նորակառույց միջնակարգ դպրոցի բացման արարողությանը, ելույթ ունեցել, կրկին առաջ մղել իր այլասերված թեզերը: Վարչապետն ընդգծել է՝ դպրոցը երեխաներին պետք է սովորեցնի լավ ապրել, որովհետև շատ կարևոր է, որ մենք մեր երեխաներին հաղորդենք գիտելիքներ, որոնք կիրառական են հենց լավ ապրելու համար, հենց լավ ապրելու տեսակետից: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է՝ բոլորս պետք է հասկանանք, որ մեր երկրին տանջող ամենամեծ խնդիրներից մեկը, օրինակ՝ աղքատությունը, մեծապես և հիմնականում կապված է կրթության հետ:
«Դպրոցում երեխաներն առաջին հերթին պետք է սովորեն լավ ապրել: Սա ամենևին չի հակադրվում կրթության մասին մեր ունեցած ավանդական պատկերացումների հետ, որովհետև երեխաները պետք է իմանան, որ լավ ապրել չի նշանակում շատ ուտել և շատ խմել, պետք է երեխաներն իմանան, որ լավ ապրել նշանակում է առողջ սնվել, երեխաները պետք է իմանան, որ լավ ապրել նշանակում է ակտիվ կյանքով ապրել, ակտիվ լինել, առողջ ապրելակերպ որդեգրել, երեխաները պետք է իմանան, որ լավ ապրելու անբաժանելի մաս է հարգանքը դիմացինի նկատմամբ, հարգել և հարգանք ստանալը, դիմացինի իրավունքները և ազատությունը հարգելը»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը:
Արդեն տևական ժամանակ է՝ ինչ վարչախումբն ու նրա քարոզչամեքենան իսկական արշավ են սկսել ազգային արժեքների դեմ, չեն էլ թաքցնում, որ իրենց նպատակը նոր, ազգային և հոգևոր արժեքներից զուրկ, բացառապես սեփական ստամոքսի մասին մտածող մարդն է։ Այդպես իշխանության համար ավելի հեշտ կլինի թե՛ կառավարել, թե՛ կրթել «հպարտ քաղաքացուն»։
Ազգային արժեքների պահպանման միակ տարբերակը գործող վարչախմբին հեռացնելն է, որևէ այլընտրանք չկա։
