Մենուա Սողոմոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. 

Բաքվում տեղի ունեցող խայտառակ քաղաքական դատավարությունը հետևանքն է Բաքվի բռնապետական վարչախմբի կողմից Արցախի 9-ամսյա պաշարման ու էթնիկ զտման, ինչն էլ իր հերթին հետևանքն է նրա, որ Հայաստանի գործող վարչախմբի պարագլուխը պրահյան հայտարարությամբ և այլ ձևերով Արցախը ճանաչեց Ադրբեջանի մաս։

Այս ամենի պատասխանատվությունը ոչ միայն Փաշինյանի, այլև նրա ողջ քաղաքական թիմի, ԱԺ ՔՊ խմբակցության բոլոր պատգամավորների ուսերին է։

Այս քաղաքական դատավարությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանում գոյություն չունի արտաքին քաղաքականություն, հետևաբար դուրս է գալիս, որ Հայաստանը կարիք չունի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության։ Պետությունը զավթված է փաշինյանական վարչախմբի կողմից, ինչի պատճառով պետությունը չի կարողանում աշխատել, մատը մատին չեն խփում Բաքվի բռնապետական վարչախմբի հանցագործությունների առնչությամբ իրավական գործընթացներ սկսելու, Բաքվի հանդեպ սանկցիաներ կիրառելու ուղղությամբ։
 
Արտգործնախարարության, դիվանագիտական համակարգի այս միտումնավոր անգործությունը նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կարգավիճակը իջեցնում են ինքնավարության մակարդակի։ Սրանով վարչախումբը հայ ժողովրդի գիտակցության մեջ արմատավորում է այն թեզը, որ պետությունը զուտ ասֆալտ անելու, տոնածառ զարդարելու համար է, դրանով ժողովրդին նախապատրաստում են պետականության լուծարման։

Մեկնաբանության մեջ այսօրվա բողոքի գործողության ժամանակ ելույթիս հղումն է։
