Այսօր Արմավիրի մարզպետ Արգիշտի Մեխակյանի որոշմամբ նշանակվել եմ Փարաքար խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար։ Այդ մասին գրել է Լյուդվիգ Գյուլնազարյանը:

«Սա մեծ պատասխանատվություն և պատվաբեր առաքելություն է, որը լի է նոր հնարավորություններով ու մարտահրավերներով:

Հարգելի՛ բնակիչներ, ես պատրաստ եմ բոլորիդ հետ աշխատել բաց, անկեղծ և համագործակցության սկզբունքով, որտեղ իմ նպատակը կլինի լսել ձեր խնդիրները, կարծիքներն ու առաջարկությունները և դրանք բխեցնել մեր համատեղ աշխատանքի հիմքում։

Ես երաշխավորում եմ, որ միասին, առաջնահերթությամբ ու պատասխանատվությամբ, փոխադարձ հարգանքի և աջակցման ներքո, մենք կկարողանանք լուծել բոլոր խնդիրները և բարելավել մեր համայնքի կյանքը։

Կատարելու եմ ամեն բան՝ պահպանելու մեր համայնքի արժեքներն ու մշակույթը, ինչպես նաև ապահովելու դրա կայուն զարգացմանը նպաստող նոր ծրագրեր ու նախաձեռնություններ։

Մենք միասին պետք է միտված լինենք մեր համայնքի առաջընթացին, համագործակցության ոգով աշխատենք բոլորի բարօրության համար՝ ապահովելով թե՛ սոցիալական, թե՛ տնտեսական առաջընթաց։ Մեր յուրաքանչյուր բնակիչ պետք է զգա, որ համայնքի զարգացումն և բարեկեցությունը կախված է հենց իրենից։ Ես վստահ եմ, որ միասին կարող ենք հասնել այն նպատակներին, որոնք մեր համայնքը կդարձնեն ավելի հզոր, ապահով ու բարեկեցիկ։

Կրկին անգամ շնորհակալ եմ բոլորիդ աջակցության ու վստահության համար»,- գրել է նա։
