Գարիկ Գալեյանը դատապարտվել է ազատազրկման։

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանը՝ դատավոր Մասիս Մելքոնյանի նախագահությամբ, նախ հրապարակել է մեղադրական վերդիկտ, ապա նաև դատավճիռը՝ դատապարտելով Գալեյանին ազատազրկման՝ 2 տարի ժամկետով:

Գարիկ Գալեյանը մեղադրվում է ՀՀ նոր Քր. Օր 396 հոդվածի 1 մասի (առանց իրացնելու նպատակի զգալի չափերով թմրամիջոց, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութ, դրանց պատրաստուկ կամ դրանց համարժեք նյութ (անալոգ) կամ պրեկուրսոր ապօրինի արտադրելը, պատրաստելը, վերամշակելը, ձեռք բերելը, պահելը, տեղափոխելը կամ առաքելը) և ՀՀ նախկին Քր.Օր. 258 հոդվածի 3 մասի 1 կետի ( խուլիգանություն) հատկանիշներով:

ՀՀ ՔՐ Օր. 258 հոդվածի 3 րդ մասի 1 կետով Գալեյանը դատապարտվել է ազատազրկման 1 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով, ՀՀ Քր. Օր. 396 հոդվածի 1 մասով՝ 1 տարի ազատազրկման: Հանցանքների համակցման եվ մասնակի գումարման արդյունում նշանակվել է 2 տարի ազատազրկում, որից հաշվակցվում է անազատության մեջ գտնված 6 ամիս 21 օրը:

Գարիկ Գալեյանի նկատմամբ նախկինում կիրառված վարչական հսկողությունը փոխվել է տնային կալանքի, իսկ չբացակայելու մասին արգելքը և գրավը թողնվել են անփոփոխ:

Հիշեցնենք՝ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին Գալեյանի անձնական խուզարկությամբ վերջինիս մոտ հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել էր պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակ, որի մեջ առկա էր եղել 3 միանման պոլիէթիլենային փաթեթ՝ համապատասխանաբար 1.59 գրամ, 1.51 գրամ և 1.60 գրամ ընդհանուր քաշերով «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի նմանվող յուրահատուկ հոտով դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածներով:

Ոստիկանության փորձագիտական կենտրոնից ստացված եզրակացության համաձայն՝ նրա մոտ հայտնաբերված նյութը «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոց էր եղել:

Նախաձեռնված նոր քրեական վարույթը միացվել է ավելի վաղ Գ. Գալեյանի առնչությամբ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթին։
