Թմրամիջոցների վաճառքը, ընդ որում նկատենք՝ ազատ վաճառքը, օրը ցերեկով, հասավ մեզ էլ. MediaHub-ի լրագրողն այսօր Telegram հավելվածով տարօրինակ հաղորդագրություն է ստացել «Алекс»՝  վստահաբար կեղծ անունով օգտատիրոջից։ Հաղորդագրության մեջ տեսանյութ էր և կայքի հղում։ 

Տեսանյութը դիտելուց  պարզվեց, որ թմրամիջոցների տարածմամբ և վաճառքով զբաղվող կայքի հետ գործ ունենք,  որտեղ առաջարկում են գնել տարբեր տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ։ Նկարներն էլ կցված, թե կոնկրետ ինչ են առաջարկում:

Իհարկե, այդ օգտատիրոջը վարկյանական բլոկեցինք։ Հաջորդիվ MediaHub–ը դիմեց ՆԳՆ՝ նախ, տրամադրեցինք օգտատիրոջ տվյալները, ապա խնդրեցինք տեղեկացնել, թե ի՞նչ է արվում նման դեպքերում և արդյո՞ք ծանոթ են կոնկրետ այս օգտատիրոջ կողմից իրականացվող վաճառքին:  
ՆԳՆ–ից պատասխանեցին, որ կառույցը տեղյակ է և աշխատանքներ են տարվում։

Նշենք, որ «Տելեգրամով» թմրանյութ վաճառելը, ցավոք, շատ տարածված երևույթ է, այս տարիների ընթացքում բավականին շատ են եղել դեպքերը, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիները «Տելեգրամ»-ով թմրանյութ իրացնելու նպատակով գրանցված անհայտ օգտատերերից ձեռք են բերել թմրամիջոցներ, նախապես փաթեթավորել և տեղադրել դրանք Երևան քաղաքի տարբեր հասցեներում, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ մարզերում։ ՆԳՆ-ից ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին, որ շատ են դեպքերը, որ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառությամբ զբաղվող հանցավոր խմբի անդամները բացահայտվել են, ձերբակալվել, սակայն փաստ է, որ թմրամիջոցների տարածումը շարունակում է մնալ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ օրակարգի գլխավոր հարցերից մեկը, հատկապես, որ այս հարցում հաջողությունները քիչ են: Իսկ ամենաողբերգականն այն է, որ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի վաճառքը մտել է նաև կրթական հաստատություններ...
