ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահն ընդունել է ՌԴ դեսպանին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արթուր Պողոսյանն այսօր ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինին: Հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից:
Արթուր Պողոսյանը ողջունելով դեսպանին՝ կարևորել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի և ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպանատան միջև ձևավորված միջազգային-իրավական համագործակցությունը:
ՌԴ դեսպանը շնորհավորել է Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահին նշանակման կապակցությամբ և շնորհակալություն հայտնել հանդիպման նախաձեռնության համար:
Զրույցի ընթացքում Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահն անդրադարձ է կատարել իրավական փոխօգնության շրջանակներում դեռևս չկատարված քննչական պահանջներին և հույս հայտնել, որ այդ ուղղությամբ կձեռնարկվեն գործուն քայլեր:
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև մի շարք քրեական վարույթներով քրեական արդարադատությունից խուսափող և ՌԴ-ում գտնվող մի շարք անձանց:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում ձեռք են բերվել նաև փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ պայմանավորվածություններ:
Կողմերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ապահովելու արդյունավետ փոխգործակցության բարձր մակարդակ՝ նշելով, որ դրանից է կախված նաև ընթացակարգերի պահպանմամբ համագործակցության հետագա զարգացումը:
