Փաշինյանի հերթական զիջումն Ադրբեջանին

Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին տեղի է ունեցել երկու երկրների միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման և սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի և պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման պետական հանձնաժողովի 11-րդ հանդիպումը՝ փոխվարչապետեր Մհեր Գրիգորյանի և Շահին Մուստաֆաևի նախագահությամբ: ՀՀ ԱԳՆ փոխանցմամբ, կողմերը «համաձայնության են եկել սկսել պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման համալիր աշխատանքները հյուսիսային հատվածից՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Վրաստանի սահմանների հատման կետից և այնուհետև հարավային ուղղությամբ՝ հյուսիսից հարավ մինչև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության սահմանն Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության հետ»։
Այս հայտարարությունը վկայում է, որ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը հերթական զիջմանն է գնացել Ադրբեջանին։ Առավել տրամաբանական կլիներ սահմանազատումը սկսել հարավից։ Ջերմուկի, Սյունիքի որոշ հատվածներում ադրբեջանցիներն արդեն երկու տարուց ավելի ամրացել են ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքներում, հրաժարվում են դուրս գալ։ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն էլ համոզում է, որ սահմանազատման արդյունքում ադրբեջանցիները դուրս կգան այդ հատվածներից։
ԱԺ պատգամավոր, անվտանգային հարցերով փորձագետ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի կարծիքով, Հայաստանի համար նպաստավոր և իրադրային առումով տրամաբանական մոտեցումն էր` սահմանազատումը սկսել 2021-23 թվականների ժամանակահատվածում Ադրբեջանի կողմից օկուպացված հատվածներում, իսկ Ադրբեջանը պնդում էր Տավուշի ուղղությունը, ինչի մասով հանգուցալուծման հասավ:
«Տավուշից սկսելը Բաքվի համար կենսական նշանակություն ունի, որովհետև ՀՀ իշխանությունն ավելի վաղ ադրբեջանական էր հռչակել, այսպես կոչված, անկլավային գյուղերը` Վերին Ոսկեպարը, Սոֆուլու ու Բարխուդարլու գյուղերը, իսկ դրանց հանձնումը ոչնչացնելու է Տավուշի մարզի ոչ միայն ներքին կոմունիկացիաները, այլ հարվածի տակ է դնելու Տավուշով դեպի Բագրատաշեն` հայ-վրացական սահման գնացող մայրուղին և Վրաստանից ՀՀ մտնող գազատարը»,- նշում է պատգամավորը, հավելում. «Մեկ այլ լուրջ խնդիր է դառնալու Իջևանից դեպի Բերդ գնացող ճանապարհը, որի մի հատվածը կհայտնվի Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ»։
Ոչինչ չի խանգարում Ադրբեջանին գործընթացի արդյունքում նոր տարածքներ կորզել, ապա և ընդհանրապես հրաժարվել սահմանազատումից։ Իսկ Փաշինյանն էլ հերթական դավաճանական քայլը փորձելու է ներկայացնել որպես նոր «ձեռքբերում» ։
