Ֆրանսիայի վարչապետ Ֆրանսուա Բայրուն հինգշաբթի անցել է իր նոր փոքրամասնության կառավարության առաջին փորձությունը՝ փրկվելով ծայրահեղ ձախերի կողմից հայտարարված անվստահության քվեից այն բանից հետո, երբ Մարին Լը Պենի «Ազգային միավորում» ձախական սոցիալիստական ազգային կուսակցությունը չի սատարել այդ առաջարկը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Reuters-ը:
Բայց Բայրուի վարչակազմը մնում է թույլ և դեռևս բախվում է դժվարին պայքարի՝ 2025 թվականի բյուջեն ընդունելու համար, ինչը հանգեցրել է իր նախորդի՝ Միշել Բարնիեի հրաժարականին: Հինգշաբթի օրը առաջարկին կողմ է քվեարկել 131 օրենսդիր, ինչը էականորեն քիչ էր անհրաժեշտ 288 ձայնից:
Սոցիալիստների դիրքորոշման վրա հարցեր են կախված: Բայրուն նրանց աջակցությունն է ստացել՝ «Ազգային միավորումից» կախված չլինելու համար, այդ թվում առաջարկելով վերանայել 2023 թվականի կենսաթոշակային բարեփոխումը, որը ձախերին դուր չի գալիս:
Ֆրանսիայում քաղաքական անկայունությունը, որտեղ անցյալ տարի փոխվել է չորս վարչապետ, ցնցել է շուկաները: Ավելի վաղ Ֆորը հայտարարել էր, որ Բայրուի՝ կենսաթոշակային բարեփոխումների շուրջ բանակցությունները վերսկսելու խոստումները, բավարար չէր, և որ իր կուսակցությունը կաջակցի անվստահության քվեին, եթե նրանց պահանջներին հստակ պատասխան չտրվի:
Սոցիալիստներին իր կողմը գրավելու համար Բայրուն նամակում մանրամասն շարադրել է մի շարք հետագա զիջումներ՝ սկսած պետական բժշկական վճարումների կրճատումների չեղարկումից, հիվանդանոցների ծախսերի ավելի շատ ավելացումից, քան նախատեսված էր նախկին բյուջեում, և 4000 ուսուցիչներին աշխատանքից ազատելու ծրագրերից հրաժարվելուց: Բայրուն նաև համաձայնել է պահպանել այն զիջումները, որոնք արդեն արել էր նրա նախորդ Բարնիեն, այդ թվում՝ հետաձգել էլեկտրաէներգիայի հարկի բարձրացումը և բարձրացնել բոլոր կենսաթոշակները՝ համապատասխան գնաճի՝ 3.6 միլիարդ եվրո գումարով:
Բայրուն նաև խոստացել է իրականացնել Բարնիեի պլանավորած հարկային բարձրացումների շարքը 21 միլիարդ եվրո գումարով, մասնավորապես՝ հարուստների և խոշոր ընկերությունների համար:
