Նորընտիր նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի խորհրդականները մշակում են պատժամիջոցների լայնածավալ ռազմավարություն՝ առաջիկա ամիսներին Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև դիվանագիտական համաձայնության հասնելու համար՝ միաժամանակ ճնշում գործադրելով Իրանի և Վենեսուելայի վրա։ Այս մասին  հաղորդում է Bloomberg-ը՝ վկայակոչելով իրազեկ անձանց:

Ավելի վաղ Ջո Բայդենի հեռացող վարչակազմը սահմանել էր մինչ օրս ամենակործանարար պատժամիջոցները Ռուսաստանի նավթի առևտրի դեմ: Այս քայլը բաց հարցեր է առաջացրել այն մասին, թե ինչպես է Թրամփը վերաբերվում այդ միջոցներին՝ հաշվի առնելով Ուկրաինայում պատերազմը հնարավորինս արագ ավարտելու նրա ցանկությունը:

Թրամփի թիմը դիտարկում է երկու հիմնական մոտեցում։ Գործակալության զրուցակցի խոսքով՝ եթե եկող վարչակազմը համարում է, որ Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի լուծումը սարերի ետևում չէ, ապա քաղաքական առաջարկներից մեկը կներառի բարեխիղճ գործողություններ ձեռնարկել պատժամիջոցների տակ գտնվող ռուսական նավթային ընկերությունների դեմ, որոնք կարող են օգնել խաղաղ համաձայնագրի կնքմանը: Երկրորդ տարբերակը կհիմնվի պատժամիջոցների վրա՝ ավելի մեծացնելով ճնշումը լծակների ընդլայնման համար:

Մոտեցումը, որը Թրամփն ի վերջո կորդեգրի, վճռորոշ կլինի նավթի համաշխարհային շուկայի համար։ Բայդենի պատժամիջոցների հրապարակումից հետո Brent տեսակի նավթի ֆյուչերսները թանկացել են մեկ բարելի դիմաց գրեթե 5 դոլարով: Որոշ վերլուծաբաններ ակնկալում են հետագա աճ, ինչը կհանգեցնի վառելիքի գների բարձրացմանն ամբողջ աշխարհում։

Լրատվամիջոցների աղբյուրների համաձայն՝ Թրամփի թիմի ծրագրերը գտնվում են վաղ փուլում և, ի վերջո, կախված են հենց իրենից՝ ընտրված նախագահից։

Գործակալության աղբյուրների համաձայն՝ ռազմավարության քննարկումներին մասնակցում են Թրամփի կաբինետի որոշ թեկնածուներ, ինչպես նաև նախկին պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք զբաղվում էին պատժամիջոցների հարցերով նրա առաջին վարչակազմում։ Քննարկմանը մասնակցում են նաև մի քանի պահպանողական  վերլուծական կենտրոններ։ Անցումային թիմը դեռ չի հայտարարել Թրամփի թեկնածուներին՝ տնտեսական պետական կառավարման որոշ առանցքային պաշտոններում:

Մնացած հարցերի թվում այն է, թե արդյոք Բրեդ Սմիթը և Անդրեա Գակին՝ ֆինանսների նախարարության երկու վետերանները, կմնան ղեկավար պաշտոններում:

Ի վերջո, Թրամփի խորհրդականները կբախվեն նույն հարցին, ինչ Բայդենի վարչակազմը. ինչպես խուսափել նավթի մատակարարումների և գների խոշոր խափանումներից այն դեպքում, երբ Վաշինգտոնը լայնածավալ պատժամիջոցներ է սահմանել աշխարհի երեք խոշորագույն արտադրողների նկատմամբ: Մեկ այլ մարտահրավեր է՝ ճիշտ հավասարակշռություն գտնել տնտեսական պատերազմի գործիքների օգտագործման և դոլարի` որպես համաշխարհային պահուստային արժույթի կարգավիճակը պահպանելու ցանկության միջև:
