Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում գրել է՝ չնայած այն, որ տարվա ամփոփիչ ասուլիսին պատասխանել է բժշկական կենտրոնների կողմից մատուցված ծառայությունների դիմաց ֆինանսավորման ընթացքի մասին հարցին՝ որոշ կայքեր և անձինք դեռ փորձում են շահարկել թեման:

«Եվ այսպես, 2024թ. պետական պատվերի ծառայությունների դիմաց ֆինանսավորումը կազմել է 127 մլրդ դրամ, որը 9 մլրդ դրամով ավելի է, քան 2023թ. փաստացի և 2024թ. տարվա սկզբին հաստատված բյուջեները:

Այս աճը ցույց է տալիս, որ մենք, դիմելիության օբյեկտիվ աճով պայմանավորված, կարիքը բավարարել ենք և ապահովել կատարողականների դիմաց պատշաճ ֆինանսավորումը՝ չնայած որ 2024թ. առաջին տարին էր օֆերտայի համակարգին անցում կատարելուն, և բավական դժվար էր կանխատեսել դիմելիության աճը:

Նշեմ, որ 40-ից ավելի ենթածրագրերից ամբողջ տարվա ընթացքում ժամանակավոր հերթագրման անցել են միայն մի քանիսը, և միայն 3-ի դեպքում է այդ հերթը 2 ամսից ավելի եղել:

Տարվա ավարտին իրականացվել է վերաբաշխում՝ համաձայն ընթացակարգի 11 ամիսների, միջին կատարողականի ցուցանիշներով իրականացված կանխատեսումների, սակայն դեկտեմբերի 15 օրերի համար ներկայացվել է հավելյալ կատարողական:

Առողջապահության նախարարությունն իրականացնում է երկու հավասար կարևոր գործառույթ՝ ապահովել մեր քաղաքացիների առողջապահական աճող կարիքների բավարարումը և ծախսվող միջոցների արդյունավետության ապահովումը: Այդ պատճառով անընդհատ աճող բյուջեին զուգահեռ պետք է խստացնենք նաև կատարողականների հավաստման գործընթացը, և դա պետք է իրականացնենք մինչև ֆինանսավորումը:

Համաձայն ընթացակարգի՝ հավելյալ կատարողականները հիմա ուսումնասիրվում են, և օբյեկտիվ աճերը միանշանակ կֆինանսավորվեն նորից՝ ըստ ընթացակարգի:

Որքանով հասկացա, մի քանի կազմակերպությունների այս մանրակրկիտ մոտեցումը դուր չի գալիս, և փորձում են մամուլի միջոցով անընդհատ «պարտք, պարտք» բառը կրկնելով՝ հասնել ինչ-ինչ նպատակների:

Ասեմ, որ այս տարի դեկտեմբերի երկրորդ կեսի ֆինանսավորումն առաջին անգամ կիրականացվի ոչ թե փետրվարին, այլ հունվարին, այսինքն՝ դեռ մի բան էլ ֆինանսավորման ժամկետները առաջ են բերվել: Այնպես որ, այդ մի քանի կազմակերպություններին խորհուրդ կտամ հանգիստ սպասել ուսումնասիրության արդյունքներին և ֆինանսավորմանը, եթե, իհարկե, ամեն բան կարգին է իրենց մոտ»,- գրել է առողջապահական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը:
