Եվրամիությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության հարցով նախաձեռնությունը լուրջ մտահոգություններ է առաջացրել նաև եվրոպական կառույցներում։ ԵՄ-ն բնականաբար բառերով իբր աջակցություն է հայտնում, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունների նախաձեռնությանը՝ հարցը քննարկել խորհրդարանում, բայց իրական աջակցություն գոյություն չունի ոչ միայն այն պատճառով, որ դա հասկանում են՝ բլեֆ է, և ոչ ոք Հայաստանին ԵՄ չի կանչում։ Այդ կառույցում լուրջ բարեփոխումներ են նշմարվում, քանի որ այս վիճակում այն երկար ձգելու շանսեր չունի։ Ֆրանսիան և Գերմանիան հրաժարվում են կերակրել ձրիակերներին, իսկ ԵՄ-ում զգալի մասին առաջատար երկրներն էին պահում, որոնք այժմ տնտեսական ծանր վիճակում են, ՌԴ դեմ պատժամիջոցներն առաջին հերթին հարվածեց Գերմանիային, և ԵՄ-ն որպես աշխարհաքաղաքական գործոն ամենաթույլն է այսօր։

Խնդիրը նաև այն է, որ շատ վաղուցվանից Արևմուտքի հատուկ ծառայությունները տվյալներ ունեն, որ «Եվրաքվե»-ի շատ ակտիվիստներ, ճռճռան անուններով կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներ, իրականում ռուսական հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից ներդրված անձինք են, որոնք հակառուսականության անվան տակ իրականում խոչընդոտում են ՀՀ-ԵՄ շփումներին։ Ռուսները խորը ներգրավել են, եվրոպական ուղղությունը վերցրել իրենց վերահսկողության տակ։

Շատ դեպքերում ԵՄ օգտին խոսող փորձագետներ և անձինք իրականում ՌԴ գործակալներ են։ Արևմուտքում դա գիտեն, ու առանձնապես ակտիվ չեն նրանց հետ գործակցելու առումով։
