«Կոպիտ կեղծիք». ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն հաղորդել է Լավրովի՝ Բայրամովին ուղղված կեղծ նամակի մասին

Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում հայտնել է Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի՝ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովին հասցեագրված կեղծ նամակի մասին։
«Համացանցում տարածվել է այսպես կոչված Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ս.Վ.Լավրովի անգլերեն նամակը, որում ասվում է, որ մեր երկիրը չի կարող երաշխավորել ռուսական օդային տարածքի անվտանգ օգտագործումը։ Սա ցինիկ և կոպիտ կեղծիք է։
Այս արտահոսքը պարզունակ կեղծիքի օրինակ է, որը նախատեսված է հուզական ռեակցիա առաջացնելու համար: Կեղծիքի հեղինակները նույնիսկ հարկ չեն համարել պաշտոնական ատրիբուտներ հաղորդել դրան՝ ուղարկելով այն սովորական փոստային տիրույթից և սովորական էլ.փոստի հասցեից։
Ակնհայտ է, որ նման չարամիտ ապատեղեկատվության հետևում թաքնված է քաղաքական պատվեր և փորձ շահարկելու դեկտեմբերի 25-ին Ղազախստանի Ակտաու քաղաքի մոտ «Ադրբեջանական ավիաուղիների» մարդատար ինքնաթիռի կործանման թեման։ Սա առաջին նման քայլը չէ այս թեմայի շուրջ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավիավթարի պատճառների հետաքննությունն իրականացնում են համապատասխան մարմինները։
Դեկտեմբերի 28-ին տեղի ունեցավ հեռախոսազրույց Լավրովի և Բայրամովի միջև, որի ընթացքում զրուցակիցները հաստատեցին այս ողբերգական դեպքի ամենամանրակրկիտ քննության անհրաժեշտությունը, որի մասին պայմանավորվել էին Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահները։
Մենք ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ ենք անում տեղեկատվական տարածքի բոլոր պատասխանատու մասնակիցներին, առաջին հերթին լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներին և բլոգերներին, քննադատաբար վերաբերվել ցանկացած չստուգված տվյալների և նյութերի։
Խստորեն խորհուրդ ենք տալիս լինել զգոն, չվստահել կեղծիքներին և ապավինել միայն ստուգված տեղեկատվությանը: ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական նյութերն ու հայտարարությունները, Ս.Վ.Լավրովի ելույթների սղագրությունները և օտարերկրյա գործընկերների հետ հեռախոսազրույցներին հաջորդած հաղորդագրությունները տեղադրված են վեբ-պորտալում և ԱԳՆ սոցիալական ցանցերում»,- ասվում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ։
