«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Կառավարության թիվ 1 մասնաշենքի մատույցները երեկ մարդաշատ էին: Բողոքելու էին եկել ոսկու շուկաներից մեկում ոսկեղենի առքուվաճառքով զբաղվողները: Բողոքում էին հունվարի 1-ից նախատեսված և ուժի մեջ մտած հարկերի բարձրացման դեմ: Ինչպես կարելի էր հասկանալ նրանց ներկայացուցիչների ու լրագրողների շփումներից, բողոքավորներն ուզում էին «վերևներից մարդ տեսնել»: Ում տեսան կամ չտեսան, պարզ չէ, բայց, ինչպես ասվում է, «հլը ինչեր պիտի ըլլա՜ն»:

Գիտե՞ք, իսկապես հետաքրքիր է. բազմաթիվ մասնագետներ, մեկնաբաններ, տնտեսագետներ, քաղաքագետներ շաբաթներ, ամիսներ առաջ ի լուր բոլորի հայտարարում, բացատրում էին, որ հունվարի 1-ից հարկերը բարձրանալու են, որ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը մտնելու է բոլորիս գրպանը՝ հատհատ, որ ավելի վատ է լինելու... ոչ մեկի հեչ պետքը չէր: Իրենք, հասկանո՞ւմ եք, լուրջ, «գործի» մարդիկ են, իրենք «քաղաքականությամբ չեն զբաղվում», իրենք «քաղաքականության զահլան չունեն»:

Երբ Փաշինյանը պատերազմ ու աղետ էր բերում, էլի ոմանց դա հետաքրքիր չէր: Երբ Փաշինյանը ուրացավ ու հանձնեց Արցախը, էլի դա ոմանց հետաքրքիր չէր: Երբ հանձնեց Կիրանցի, Ոսկեպարի տարածքները, էլի... շատերի «պետքը չէր»:

Հա, բայց մասնագետները զգուշացնում են, բացատրում են, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր կառավարությունն ուղիղ ձեր գրպանն են մտնում, որ ուզում են ձեզ սնանկացնել, աղքատացնել, որ ձեր հարկային բեռն են ծանրացնում: Իսկ շատերը այնպիսի ձև են բռնել, թե դա իրենց չի վերաբերում: Դե, տրանսպորտը թանկացնում են, ինքն ավտո ունի, իրեն չի վերաբերում, Արցախը հանձնում են, ինքը, դե, Շենգավիթ է ապրում, իրեն՝ ի՞նչ, հարկերը թալանչիաբար բարձրացնո՞ւմ են, դե... «բա վերևներից ո՞ւմ տենանք, որ մեզ մեղքա...»:

Երբ բանիմաց մարդիկ բացատրում են, որ այս իշխանությունը թալանում է ձեզ, դրանք սիրուն խոսքեր չեն, դա «պալիծիկա» չի, որով իբրև թե «չեք հետաքրքրվում»: Ու մեկ էլ հանկարծ, երբ փաշինյանական իշխանության հարկային տեռորն առանց դիմադրության ուժի մեջ է մտնում, ոսկերիչներն՝ առանձին, մեկ ուրիշ «բիզնես անողներ»՝ առանձին, սկսում են վերջապես գիտակցել, որ իրենց գրպանն են մտնում:

Եթե շարունակելու ենք «քաղաքականությամբ չհետաքրքրվել», ապա պիտի պատրաստվենք ամենօրյա ռեժիմով հարկեր, տուգանքներ, տույժեր, տխրահռչակ հիմնադրամներին «նալոգներ» մուծելուն, ամենօրյա ռեժիմով «կթվելուն», որպեսզի Փաշինյանն ու իր քպականները շարունակեն ապրել լիուբոլ, չաղ ու բախտավոր, «լափամանային» երջանկության մեջ, պարգևավճարյալ, դեռ մի բան էլ բազազարտեմաբար մուննաթ գան, թե՝ «ի՜նչ եք ղալմաղալ անում, բա ամեն տարի մի 1000 դրամով թոշակ չենք բարձրացրե՞լ...»:

Մի խոսքով, եթե իսկապես չենք ցանկանում, որ երկրի տարածքները մաշկելուն զուգահեռ նաև բոլորիս կաշին քերթեն, իսկը ժամանակն է «քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվելու»:
