«Երեխաների տուն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի նախկին բուժքույրն ու դայակը պարբերաբար ֆիզիկական բռնnւթյան են ենթարկել երեխաներին

Դատախազը 2025 թվականի հունվարի 3-ին հաստատել է Գյումրու «Երեխաների տուն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի նախկին բուժքույր Ն.Մ.-ի և դայակ Ռ․Հ․-ի վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացությունն ու վարույթի նյութերի հետ հանձնել իրավասու դատարան:
Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննված քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, վերոնշյալ անձինք պարբերաբար ֆիզիկական բռնության են ենթարկել «Երեխաների տուն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի խմբասենյակներից մեկի երեխաներին, նրանց նկատմամբ դրսևորել են դաժան վերաբերմունք:
Քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, որ բուժքույր Ն.Մ.-ն և դայակ Ռ․Հ․-ն, օգտվելով այն հանգամանքից, որ ՊՈԱԿ-ի շահառուներն իրենց անօգնական վիճակի՝ հիվանդության, հոգեֆիզիոլոգիական առանձնահատկությունների, տարիքի, ֆիզիկապես թույլ լինելու և այլ պատճառներով չեն կարող պաշտպանել իրենց շահերը, 2024 թվականի ընթացքում՝ իրենց հերթափոխի ժամանակ, պարբերաբար, հարվածներ են հասցրել և բռնի այլ գործողություններ են կատարել խնամարկյալների նկատմամբ:
Դատախազը 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 17-ին հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցել Ռ.Մ.-ի նկատմամբ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 196-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ և 6-րդ կետերով (հանցավորից նյութական կամ այլ կախվածության մեջ գտնվող անչափահասի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ կամ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելը) (3 դրվագ) և Ն․Մ․-ի նկատմամբ՝ 196-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ և 6-րդ կետերով (4 դրվագ):
2025 թվականի հունվարի 3-ին Ռ.Մ.-ի և Ն.Մ.-ի վերաբերյալ հաստատված մեղադրական եզրակացությունը վարույթի նյութերի հետ հանձնվել է իրավասու դատարան:
