Մի փուլում Փաշինյանի առաջարկը կխմբագրվի և տակը կմնա միայն ՀՀ սպառազինության քվոտավորումը, սահմանափակումն ու վերահսկումը։

Ֆեյսբուքի էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը․

«Երբ իշխող ուժի ղեկավարն Ադրբեջանի` ՀՀ-ին ներկայացվող ապառազմականացման պահանջին ի պատասխան, հայտարարում է սպառազինությունների փոխադարձ վերահսկման,  քվոտավորման, կիրառման սահմանափակումների շուրջ բանակցելու մեխանիզմ ձևավորելու պատրաստակամության մասին, առաջին բանը, որ մտքովս գալիս է` նախորդ տարի Տավուշում հանձնված 4 գյուղերն են:

Այդ գյուղերի հանձնումից առաջ, Փաշինյանը հայտարարում էր, որ 90-ականների պատերազմի հետևանքով, Տավուշում Ադրբեջանը վերահսկում է 32 հայկական գյուղի տարբեր հատվածներ և իր զիջողականությունը փորձում էր ներկայացնել փոխադարձության սկզբունքով:

Այսինքն` խորհրդային ժամանակվա քարտեզով, Տավուշում «սահմանազատում» պետք է իրականացվեր, որտեղ զիջումները պետք է փոխադարձ լինեին, իսկ եղավ այն, ինչ գիտեն բոլոր և տարածքներ զիջեց միայն Հայաստանը:

Հիմա այս իրողություններն ու փորձը հաշվի առնելով, կա՞ որևէ խելամիտ մարդ, որ կարծում է, որ Հայաստանի առաջարկը` փոխադարձ վերահսկելու կամ սահմանափակելու սպառազինության հետ կապված հարցերը օրակարգային կամ երկկողմ համաձայնության հիմք կդառնա: Իհարկե, ոչ:

Ավելի վատ բան ասեմ. սա, ըստ էության, հուշում է, որ մի փուլում այս առաջարկը կխմբագրվի և տակը կմնա միայն ՀՀ սպառազինության քվոտավորումը, սահմանափակումն ու վերահսկումը»:
