Հունվարի 10-ին ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Շենգավիթի բաժնի ծառայողները Երևանում իրականացրել են օպերացիա, որի շրջանակում ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին է տեղափոխվել Երևանի բնակիչ 48-ամյա Հ. Մ-ն:
 
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ վերջինս իր տանը թմրանյութ է պահում: 

Շենգավիթի ոստիկանությունը դեպքի փաստով փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպում, որոնք փոխանցվում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ էլ դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնվում է քրեական վարույթ և նույն օրը քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացնում Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի խուզարկություն կատարվի Հ. Մ.-ի տանն ու դրան կից շինություններում: 

Դատարանը բավարարում է քննիչի միջնորդությունը, որից հետո Ներքին Չարբախի փողոցներից մեկի նրա տանը և դրան կից օժանդակ շինություններում հայտնաբերվում է 1 հատ պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակով լցված 45.37 գրամ քաշով «մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի նմանվող զանգված և 1 հատ ապակե տարայով լցված մաքուր 7,86 գրամ քաշով «մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրանյութի նմանվող զանգված՝ ընդհանուր 53.23 գրամ մաքուր զանգվածով: 
 
Փաստերի ճնշման տակ Հ. Մ.-ն հայտնել է, որ նշված թմրանյութը ինքն է աճեցրել, մշակել, պատրաստել, որը պատկանու է իրեն՝ իր օգտագործման համար: 
 
Ֆոտալրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ Հ. Մ.-ն իր շրջապատում հայտնի է «Տելեպուզիկ» մականվամբ, ով քննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվել է:
