«Եվրաքվե»-ն՝ Եվրամիությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության գործընթացի մեկնարկի օրենքի նախագիծը լրջորեն մտահոգել է նաև եվրոպական կառույցներին, որոնք իրենք էլ հասկանում են հնարավոր խնդիրների ծավալները: Հիշեցնենք, կառավարությունը նախօրեին էր որոշում կայացրել՝ նախագծին հավանություն տալ, ուղարկել ԱԺ՝ քննարկման: Խորհրդարանում ընդունվելուց հետո նախագիծը կարող է դրվել համապետական հանրաքվեի, միայն ԵՄ հետ համապատասխան փաստաթղթի առկայության պայմաններում։

Իսկ Եվրամիությունը, որքան էլ օգնում, աջակցում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ ՌԴ-ից պոկվելու ջանքերին, որևէ նպատակ չունի իր շարքերն ընդունել ձախողված և աղքատ պետության՝ նոր գլխացավանք հարուցելով ինքն իր համար։ Ավելին, նման որոշումները ԵՄ-ում ընդունվում են 27 անդամ պետությունների կոնսենսուսով, ու առնվազն ֆանտաստիկայի ժանրից է, որ բոլոր պետությունները կողմ կլինեն Հայաստանին իրենց կազմ ընդունելուն։

Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ «Եվրաքվե»-ն կարող է դառնալ հարված ԵՄ շահերին ու հեղինակությանը հենց Հայաստանում։ Ուռճացնելով ակնկալիքները՝ գործող իշխանությունները միայն վնասել են ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերություններին։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Հայաստանում ԵՄ գրասենյակից ծածուկ հորդորել են իշխանությանը՝ առայժմ նման արկածախնդրության չգնալ, չընդունել որոշումը, բայց Փաշինյանը, իր անձնական հաշիվներից ելնելով է արել դա։

Երեկ ԵՄ դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսը ցրողական պատասխաններ էր տալիս լրագրողների հարցերին, նշում, թե տեղեկացել են այդ որոշման մասին և պատրաստվում են ուսումնասիրել այն։ Բառերի կույտ երկնելով, որ Եվրամիությունը շատ սերտ հարաբերություններ ունի Հայաստանի հետ և աշխատում է խորացնել դրանք՝ Մարագոսը հիշեցրել է համատեղ նախագծերը, բայց այդպես էլ չի ասել՝ ԵՄ-ն սպասո՞ւմ է Հայաստանին, թե՞ ոչ։ Իսկ այս հարցում դա ամենակարևորն է։
