«Եվրաքվեն» նոր արհավիրք է դառնալու Հայաստանի գլխին

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը երեկ հավանություն է տվել Եվրամիությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության գործընթացի մեկնարկի օրենքի նախագծին։ Արևմտամետ «Ժողովրդավարական ուժերի քառյակի» նախաձեռնած այդ «Եվրաքվե»-ն մոտ 60 հազար ստորագրություն էր հավաքել։ Այժմ հարցը տեղափոխվել է ԱԺ, որտեղ ընդունվելուց հետո դեռ երկար ընթացակարգ է անցնելու։ Հանրաքվեն Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությամբ հնարավոր է միայն այն դեպքում, երբ արդեն Հայաստանն ու Եվրամիությունն անդամակցության վերաբերյալ ստորագրված փաստաթուղթ ունենան։
Եվրամիությունը, որքան էլ շոյի ու փայփայի փաշինյանական իշխանությանը, երբեք չի գնա նման անհեթեթ քայլի, ինչը վկայում է, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունների և նրանց հաստիքային արևմտամետների արարքը ընդամենը հերթական կեղծ ու վտանգավոր քարոզչական քայլն է, որի հետևանքները ոչ ոք չի հաշվարկել։
Մոսկվայի արձագանքը չուշացավ։ ՌԴ նախկին նախագահ Մեդվեդևի, Կրեմլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովի բավական կոշտ արձանագրումներից ավելի վտանգավոր էին ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի խոսքերը։ Ըստ նրա, Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի կողմից Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու գործընթացի քննարկումը դիտարկում է որպես Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունից ելքի սկիզբ։ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի հետ իր տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը կկառուցի այդ հանգամանքը հաշվի առնելով։ Ըստ Օվերչուկի՝ Հայաստանի մուտքը Եվրամիություն անհամատեղելի է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը երկրի անդամակցության հետ: Նա համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ կապերի դադարեցման դեպքում երկրում կաճեն էներգիայի և սննդամթերքի գները, 70-80 տոկոսով կկրճատվի արտահանումը:
ԵԱՏՄ-ից աննախադեպ տնտեսական կախվածություն ունեցող Հայաստանն իր իսկ ձեռքով կտրում է այն ճյուղը, որին նստած է, և դրա միակ մեղավորն ու պատասխանատուն գործող իշխանությունն է։ Միայն Փաշինյանին ու նրա թիմին հեռացնելով է հնարավոր շտկել իրավիճակը, և որքան շարունակվում է ապիկարների պաշտոնավարումը, այնքան ՀՀ գոյատևելու, ճգնաժամերը հաղթահարելու շանսերը նվազում են։
