Դատախազը 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 23-ին իրավասու դատարան է հանձնել անձնական գաղտնիք համարվող տեղեկությունը հայտնելու միջոցով մեկ այլ անձի ինքնասպանության փորձի հասցրած Վ.Ա.-ի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործը:
Ինչպես հայտնել են դատախազությունից, քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում քննված քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, որ Վ.Ա.-ն, 2020 թվականի օգոստոսից սիրային հարաբերություններ է ունեցել իգական սեռի անձի հետ, ձեռք է բերել և պահել նրա մերկ լուսանկարները: Հարաբերությունները դադարեցնելուց հետո՝ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին, նախապես տեղյակ լինելով, որ իգական սեռի վերոնշյալ անձի բջջային հեռախոսը գտնվում է նրա մոր մոտ, մորն է ուղարկել դստեր մերկ լուսանկարները:
Վերոնշյալ արարքի հետևանքով՝ իգական սեռի անձն իր կյանքին վերջ տալու նպատակով մեկանգամյա օգտագործման ածելիի միջոցով ձախ նախաբազկի հատվածում կատարել է կտրվածքներ:
Դատախազը 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 5-ին հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցել Վ.Ա.-ի նկատմամբ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 204-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (մարդու անձնական կամ ընտանեկան գաղտնիք համարվող տեղեկությունն առանց նրա համաձայնության օգտագործելը, իրացնելը կամ հայտնելը կամ այդ տեղեկությունն օրենքով սահմանված կարգի խախտմամբ օգտագործելու, իրացնելու կամ հայտնելու նպատակով ձեռք բերելը կամ պահելը), 162-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնելու եղանակով անձին անզգուշությամբ ինքնասպանության փորձի հասցնելը) և նույն թվականի դեկտեմբերի 23-ին քրեական գործը հանձնել իրավասու դատարան:
