«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Գործարար Կարեն Հակոբյանի փաստաբանները անցած տարվա նոյեմբերի 21-ին բողոքարկելով կալանքի երկարաձգման որոշումը, հստակ շարադրելով դրա անթույլատրելիությունը՝ դեռևս սպասում են վերաքննիչ դատարանի դիրքորոշմանը: Վերջինս, ի դեպ, մեկ անգամ արդեն հետաձգել էր որոշման կայացումը:
Երկրորդ անգամ դատարանը որոշման կայացումը հետաձգեց 2024 թվականի աշխատանքային տարվա վերջին օրը՝ դեկտեմբերի 30-ին՝ այն նշանակելով հունվարի 9-ին բանավոր ընթացակարգով: Ի դեպ, պետք է նշել, որ կոնկրետ այս գործով 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 20-ից ներկայացվել էր կալանքի ևս երեք միջնորդություն, սակայն 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ից այլևս որևէ այլ անձ, բացի Կարեն Հակոբյանից, կալանավորված չէ: Այն, որ միայն գործարար Կ. Հակոբյանն է շարունակում մնալ կալանավորված, ինքնին ուշագրավ է նաև այն տեսանկյունից, որ վերջինիս մեղադրանքը, այլ մեղադրյալների մեղադրանքի համեմատ, էականորեն ավելի նվազ է:
