Անամոթ վստահությամբ Միրզոյանը նշում է, որ իրենց «ջանքերի շնորհիվ» մենք կարող էինք մնալ Արցախում՝ որպես ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիներ, և «իրավունք ունենալ» խոսել հայերեն: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը:
«ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը «մոռացավ» նշել, որ Արցախը հանձնեցին իրենք, երբ ՀՀ վարչապետը չեղարկեց ընթացող բանակցային գործընթացը, աղաղակեց՝ «Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ», երբ մերժեց մեր ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, երբ միակամ որոշեց, որ ավելի լավ է հազարավոր զոհերի արդյունքում հանձնի Արցախը, երբ Պրահայում հայտարարեց, որ Արցախն ադրբեջան է, երբ, երբ, երբ…ցավով պիտի նշեմ, որ այլևս օրինաչափություն է դարձել իրենց հորինածը, սուտը, կեղծիքը վստահաբար պնդելը, այնպես ինչպես «Սոֆիայում Արցախի և ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպումը Արցախի կողմից մերժելը», այնինչ որևէ հանդիպման առաջարկ Արցախը չի մերժել։ Դրանք չեն կայացել, որովհետև ադրբեջանի հետ նման պայմանավորվածություն իրենք պարզապես ձեռք չեն բերել։ Անամոթ վստահությամբ և իբրև թե «հաջողություն» արտգործնախարարը նշում է, որ իրենց «ջանքերի շնորհիվ» մենք կարող էինք մնալ Արցախում որպես ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիներ և «իրավունք ունենալ» խոսել հայերեն։
Իսկ իրականում, այս խեղճուկրակների հետ նույնիսկ երկխոսություն չկա, իսկ պատերազմի շահառուն կրկին ժողովուրդն է լինելու։ Իսկ իրենք ի՞նչ, ամենաշատը, որ անելու են բոցաշունչ, ոտնկայս իրենց իսկ կենացներն են խմելու, այնպես ինչպես Արցախում էին անում. Արարատ Միրզոյանը լավ կհիշի…»,-գրել է նա:
