Թրամփի երդմնակալությունից հետո Հայաստանի դիրքերն ավելի են թուլանալու

Հունվարի 20-ին Վաշինգտոնում կայանալու է ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի երդմնակալության արարողությունը, որից հետո հանրապետական վարչակազմն ամբողջությամբ իր ձեռքը կվերցնի ԱՄՆ ղեկավարումը։ Հայաստանի՝ դեպի Արևմուտք սլացող իշխանությունների համար նոր ռիսկեր ու մարտահրավերներ են ստեղծվելու։
Նախկինում բացառապես դեմոկրատների հետ գործակցած ՀՀ իշխանությունները հիմնովին ձախողել են հայ-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունները, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանուհին ընտրարշավին Դեմկուսի միջոցառումներին մասնակցելով նոր խնդիրներ է հարուցել Հայաստանի համար։
Ամերիկյան Stratfor վերլուծական կենտրոնի փորձագետներն իրենց նոր զեկույցում նշում են, թե 2025 թվականին Միացյալ Նահանգներից լուրջ աջակցություն ստանալու Հայաստանի փորձերն անհաջողության կմատնվեն։ «Թրամփի վարչակազմի համար առաջնահերթ են Բաքվի հետ սերտ կապերը՝ որպես տեղական հակակշիռ Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի և Չինաստանի տարածաշրջանային ազդեցությանը։ Փոխարենը Հայաստանը հիմնական շեշտը կդնի Ֆրանսիայից ռազմական տեխնիկայի ձեռքբերման վրա, ինչպես նաև կփորձի մեծացնել առևտրաշրջանառությունը ԵՄ հետ։ Արևմուտքի հետ քաղաքական և պաշտպանական աճող կապերը Հայաստանը կփորձի օգտագործել Ադրբեջանի՝ էսկալացիային ուղղված քայլերը զսպելու, Բաքվի առավել կոշտ պահանջներին՝ նախևառաջ Հայաստանի հարավային շրջաններով տարանցիկ ճանապարհ ստանալու պահանջին դիմադրելու համար», - նշում են զեկույցի հեղինակները։
Stratfor-ի փորձագետների համոզմամբ, 2025-ին Հարավային Կովկասը շարունակելու է աշխարհքաղաքական մրցակցության թատերաբեմ մնալ, իսկ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը «բանակցային գործընթացում իրենց դիրքերն ամրապնդելու համար կշարունակեն արտաքին աջացկություն որոնել»։ «Հավանական է, որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը շարունակեն շարժվել խաղաղ համաձայնագրի կնքման ուղղությամբ, սակայն տարաձայնությունները, որոնք վերաբերում են Հայաստանում սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին, ամբողջական սահմանազատման և տարանցիկ ուղիների բացման մանրամասներին ըստ ամենայնի կարգելափակեն 2025 թվականին խաղաղ համաձայնագրի կնքման հնարավորությունները», - նշվում է զեկույցում։ Stratfor-ի փորձագետները նաև համոզված են, որ Ադրբեջանն այս տարի ևս շարունակելու է իր ռազմական առավելությունն օգտագործել որպես լծակ բանակցային գործընթացում։
Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իբր «արևմտամետ» վարչախումբը, որ հասցրել է լուրջ հարված հասցնել նաև հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին, կանգնած է կրակի առջև։ Առնվազն, առաջին գործը պետք է լինի դեսպանի հետկանչը և այդ պաշտոնում պրոֆեսիոնալ դիվանագետի նշանակումը, այլապես իրավիճակն ավելի է խորանալու։
