Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են 15-ամյա աղջկա մահվան պատճառը

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ երկու անչափահաս աղջիկ՝ 13 և 15 տարեկան, տանից դուրս են եկել դպրոց գնալու նպատակով, և հարազատներն ու դպրոցի անձնակազմը նրանց գտնվելու վայրի մասին այլևս տեղեկություններ չի ունեցել։
Iravaban.net-ին Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնեցին, որ 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 21-ին անչափահասը՝ անհայտ քանակությամբ «Կ․․․․․․․» անունով խմելու հետևանքով դեղորայքային թունավորում ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է «Մուրացան» մանկական բժշկական կենտրոն։
«Պարզվել է, որ անչափահասը ինքնասպանություն գործելու նպատակով խմել է «Կ․․․․․․․» տեսակի թվով 60 դեղահաբ: 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 24-ին վերջինս մահացել է:
Նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 162-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (Սպառնալիքի, դաժան վերաբերմունքի կամ արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնելու եղանակով անձին անզգուշությամբ ինքնասպանության կամ ինքնասպանության փորձի հասցնելը, որը կատարվել է անչափահասի նկատմամբ), 187-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործությունների հատկանիշներով (Բուժաշխատողի կողմից մասնագիտական պարտականությունները չկատարելը կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ կամ այլ ծանր հետևանք):
Մահացած անձը ճանաչվել է տուժող: Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ: Մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել 1 անձի:
Միջնորդություն ենք ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարան մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, որը մերժվել է: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես այլընտանքային խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է բացակայելու արգելքը:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ՝ դեպքի իրական հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև անչափահասի ինքնասպանության շարժառիթը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
