Ի՞նչ վերաբերմունք ունեն նրանք իրական ժողովրդի, իրական քաղաքացու նկատմամբ։ Ինչու՞ իրական քաղաքացիների քվեները ոտնահարեցին և ամենատարբեր ճնշումներով, շինծու քրգործերով հեռացրին ժողովրդի ընտրած համայնքապետերին ու ավագանիներին Գյումրիում, Վանաձորում, Բերդում, Վարդենիսում, Ալավերդիում, ինչու՞ ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող 825 հազար երևանցիների ընդամենը 9 տոկոսի քվեն ստացած անձին կարգեցին Երևանի քաղաքապետ։
Այդ իրակա՞ն քաղաքացու կամքն է, որ մայրաքաղաք Երևանում օր օրի սնկի պես աճում են անդեմ ու անճաշակ շենքերը` առանց հաշվի առնելու սեյսմիկ անվտանգության ու ճարտարապետական պահանջները, որ կտրվում են քաղաքի ծառերը, որ նախորդ դարի 50-60-ականներին Երևանի կենտրոնում բնակարան ստացած և այժմ ծերության կենսաթոշակ ստացող տատիկ-պապիկները ստիպված են միայն իրենց թոշակի չափով գույքահարկ վճարել, որ երևանցիները ստիպված են անգամ Մոսկվայի ու Ստամբուլի համեմատ ավելի թանկ վճարել հանրային տրանսպորտի համար՝ դիմացն ստանալով ավելի վատ որակի ծառայություն։
