Ի՞նչ է մետապնևմավիրուսը․ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնից հայտնում են, որ մարդու մետապնևմավիրուսը (HMPV) սուր շնչառական վարակ է, որը տարածվում է հիմնականում օդակաթիլային եղանակով, հազվադեպ նաև՝ կենցաղային իրերի հետ շփման միջոցով:

Հայաստանում գործադրված դետքային համաճարակաբանական համակարգի շրջանականերում իրականացված լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքում` 2023 թվականին հայտնաբերվել է մետապնևմովիրուսի 10 դեպք, իսկ 2024թ.-ի հունվար-ապրիլ ամիսներին՝ 50 դեպք։

Ապրիլից մինչ այժմ իրականացված լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքում մետապնևովիրուս չի հայտնաբերվել։

Ախտանշանները նույնն են, ինչ բոլոր սուր շնչառական վարակների դեպքում՝

  • ջերմություն,
  • հազ,
  • քթահոսություն,
  • դժվարացած շնչառություն,
  • գլխացավ:

Սուր շնչառական վարակների, այդ թվում` մետապնևմավիրուսի կանխարգելման նպատակով առողջապահության նախարարությունը հորդորում է՝

  • Ձեռքերը պարբերաբար և մանրակրկիտ լվացե՛ք օճառով, հատկապես հասարակական վայրեր այցելելուց հետո և ուտելուց առաջ։
  • Խուսափե՛ք սերտ շփումից մարդկանց հետ, ովքեր ունեն շնչառական վարակների ախտանիշներ
  • Պարբերաբար մաքրե՛ք և ախտահանե՛ք ձեր տան և աշխատավայրում իրերի և առարկաների մակերեսները
  • Մի՛ դիպչեք ձեր դեմքին կեղտոտ ձեռքերով
  • Պարբերաբար օդափոխե՛ք տարածքներ
  • Պատվաստվե՛ք սեզոնային գրիպի դեմ:

Եթե դուք նկատում եք սուր շնչառական վարակին բնորոշ ախտանիշներ՝ հետևե՛ք հազի վարվելակարգի կանոններին. կրե՛ք բժշկական դիմակներ և փոխե՛ք դրանք յուրաքանչյուր 4 ժամը մեկ, մնացե՛ք տանը և հնարավորինս շուտ դիմե՛ք բժշկի:
