Վիճաբանություն-ծեծկռտուք հանդիսությունների սրահում․ կան վիրավորներ

Բացահայտվել է օրեր առաջ Կոտայքի մարզում տեղի ունեցած մի խումբ անձանց միջև վիճաբանություն, ծեծկռտուքի և մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու դեպքը։
Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ, հունվարի 5-ին՝ գիշերը ժամը 02։15-ի սահմաններում, «Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոնից ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Սևանի բաժին են ահազանգել և հայտնել, որ Լճաշեն բնակավայրի մանկապարտեզի մոտակայքից ծեծի ենթարկվելու հետևանքով «Ստորին ծնոտի բեկորային կոտրվածք, ձախ այտի և ծոծրակային շրջանի պատռված վերքեր, ձախ ստորին ակնակապճային շրջանի հեմատոմա և այտուց, փակ գանգուղեղային տրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։
Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու, քանի որ գտնվում է վիրահատարանում։ Մինչ բժիշկները անհրաժեշտ օգնություն են ցուցաբերել վիրավորին, Սևանի ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նա Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 28-ամյա Արման Նավասարդյանն է։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել: Պարզվել է, որ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել հունվարի 4-ին, Կոտայքի մարզի Հրազդան խոշորացված համայնքի Վանատուր թաղամասում գործող «Ադամ» հանդիսությունների սրահի մոտ: Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 36-ամյա Արթուր Նավասարդյանը «Ադամ» հանդիսությունների սրահում մասնակցել է ինչ որ միջոցառման, որի ժամանակ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել նրա և Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչներ 20-ամյա Դավիթ Խաչատրյանի և 24-ամյա Միքայել Թադևոսյանի միջև, որից հետո Ա․ Նավասարդյանը զանգահարել և Հրազդան է կանչել Արման Նավասարդյանին, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչներ 37-ամյա Արսեն Նավասարդյանին, 37-ամյա Իշխան Քոլոզյանին, 25-ամյա Գևորգ Սահակյանին և 26-ամյա Խաչիկ Մելիքյանին: Նրանք ժամանելով «Ադամ» հանդիսությունների սրահ, բակում վիճաբանել են մի խումբ անձանց հետ (որոնց ինքնությունը պարզվում է) և այդ վիճաբանություն ծեծկռտուքի ժամանակ Ա․ Նավասարդյանը ստացել է նշված, իսկ Ս․ Մելիքյանը, Արսեն և Արթուր Նավասարդյանները տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։ Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ նշված և անձանց և դեռևս անհայտ անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
