Հունվարի 17-ին տեղի է ունենալու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի և նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի գործով նախնական դատավարությունը։ Այդ օրը որոշվելու է՝ դատաքննությունը բաց, թե փակ ձևաչափով է տեղի ունենալու։

Արայիկ Հարությունյանին և Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել մի շարք ծանր հոդվածներով։ Նրանց սպառնում է ցմահ ազատազրկում։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարների գործով մեղադրյալները 15-ն են։ Մեկուկես տարվա «քննությունից» հետո Բաքուն գործն ուղարկեց դատարան, ընդ որում, որոշել են գործը կիսել տարբեր մասերի՝ այդկերպ ավելի լայն քարոզչական հարձակում իրականացնելու, իրենց կեղծիքները միջազգային հանրությանը հրամցնելու համար։

Արայիկ Հարությունյանի ու Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դատավարությունն իրար հետ զուգակցելով և առաջինը սկսելով՝ Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է առավելագույն ճնշում գործադրել նաև ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հոգեկան վիճակի վրա։ Մյուսների գործերն էլ բաժանվելու են այդ տրամաբանությամբ, և ամիսներ շարունակ, օգտագործելով դատական այդ ֆարսին հնչած խոսքերը՝ Բաքուն փորձելու է մաքսիմալ դիվիդենտներ շահել։ Իհարկե, տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ ադրբեջանական մամուլը փակվեր Հայաստանի տարածքում, բայց այսօր ամեն ինչ՝ գրառում, լուր, տեսանյութ, հասնում է ցանկացած վայր, ազդում մարդկանց վրա։

ՀՀ իշխանությունները պետք է պատրաստ լինեն, հանրությանն էլ բացատրեն, թե ինչ է կատարվում Բաքվի դատարաններում, և չի կարելի դառնալ ադրբեջանական քարոզչության զոհը։
