Իրանի ԱԳՆ-ն հաստատել է, որ ՌԴ-ի հետ համաձայնագիրը ներառելու է պաշտպանության հարցեր

Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի միջև համապարփակ ռազմավարական գործընկերության մասին համաձայնագիրը կներառի նաև պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցեր։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Իսլամական Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Էսմայիլ Բագայը։
«Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև համագործակցության համաձայնագիրը տարբեր ասպեկտներ ունի։ Դրա կարևոր մասն առևտրատնտեսական, էներգետիկ, ինչպես նաև պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերն են։ Այս համաձայնագիրը կթարմացնի և կլրացնի 2001 թվականի [Մոսկվայի և Թեհրանի միջև հարաբերությունների և համագործակցության սկզբունքների հիման վրա] գործող համաձայնագիրը», - ասել է դիվանագետը շաբաթական ճեպազրույցում։
Ինչպես նշել է Բաղայը, «վերջին 20-30 տարիների ընթացքում Իրանը և Ռուսաստանը զգալիորեն ընդլայնել են համագործակցության շրջանակը, ուստի անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել թարմացնել փաստաթուղթը»։
Ավելի վաղ, ՌԴ-ում Իսլամական Հանրապետության դեսպան Քազեմ Ջալալին ասել էր, որ ռուս-իրանական համաձայնագիրը կստորագրվի 2025 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին Մոսկվայում՝ երկու երկրների նախագահների բանակցությունների ժամանակ։
